We have parking in front of our building but the other companies use our parking lot despite having their own covered parking or parking garage. We don't have access to their parking but they have access to ours. Also, maintenance constantly takes up parking space with their golf carts despite being able to park anywhere. This is becoming an even bigger issue as more companies are moving here. When it rains, it's worse. Obviously we're carrying all our equipment and having to walk long distances to the building.

Nathan is a NEW owner and he took my money and pretended to install a new compressor and 30 minutes after he left, it stopped working. I called and called and he would not answer. He finally came back a few days later (said all his tools were locked in his truck) and he said he saw what the problem was and would come back in a few days to fix the "secondary" problem. All the while being as friendly as he could be. I immediately called a new company out who showed me the serial number inside was the original compressor from 2017 and NOTHING was new and it was filthy. They fixed it that night. Nothing needed to be changed out. I was able to put a stop payment on the credit card for 1/2 the amount (hopefully) but the rest was cash. (stupid). He said his card reader wasn't working. THIS IS NOT THE SAME COMPANY AS BEFORE. HE IS A FRAUD.

So another AC repair company, Rescue air, had just told me I needed to replace my evaporator coil…read more I decided to get a second opinion and have One hour come over and look at the system as they had done some work for me in the past. The tech did not find anything wrong with the evaporator coil (which would've been a $5100 repair). However, he claimed that there were all these leaks in the ducts and they needed to be cleaned as well. He also said the AC unit needed to be cleaned and a UV light should be added. The cost of all the work that he said was needed was, surprisingly, also $5100. I thought his findings to be odd since I've had the system looked at many times before and no one has said anything about leaks in the ducts (although I had been told there was a lot of biological material in the AC unit). I decided to get a third opinion and that company could not find any leaks in the ductwork, and while the AC unit needed to be cleaned and add a UV light, what was actually needed (if I wanted to eliminate the biological growth) was actually more like $1100, a much lower price point. Before getting any work by them done, make sure to get at least a second opinion.

Parking was easy enough in the retail spaces surrounding the storefront, which is shared with other businesses in a strip center adjoining a large apartment parking garage. He was under 24 yo. And even when you give them years of loyalty they still treat you as a stranger. I brought an issue of them not following up with me when pipes froze so I could inform clients I had scheduled in a timely manner. I missed out on over $300 that day. Instead of apologizing after the issue was resolved days later, the managers stopped speaking to me. I'd see them almost daily and smile only for him or her to look the other direction as if I didn't exist. The only good thing they did for me was allow me to stay the last 5 months without a contract since I was moving out of the state. I do appreciate that. However my overall experience w them want good. Felt very transactional and uncaring. For me, I like to know the $1000 I'm giving to help feed someone's family is appreciated and not taken for granted. Even the stylists are unfriendly. Only one of them actually made a connection w me the entire 4 years. It's not a place for black people who want to feel you're part of a community. If that's not important to you than this is your place. We had monthly catering for all stylists and our clients, a free bar for clients stocked with top shelf liquor, every holiday season for Thanksgiving and Christmas a huge buffet was catered for stylists and their clients on that day. We had monthly meetings where the owner shared his success secrets and networking experience sharing his contacts, he shared our work on his Instagram page. It's really felt like family. The ONLY reason I left was because I moved from Arlington to Dallas. If you're a minority specifically black person check out BUFFORD SALON SUITES IN ARLINGTON TX. The owners name is Brandon Bufford and he will take very good care of you. You won't have to worry about him getting upset if you bring maintenance issues to his attention.
