THIS IS A LEGIT SERVICE! I came to NYC with no plans to see shows and decided I wanted to see Dear Evan Hansen last minute. I went to the TKTS Booth but they didn't have any tickets. I was walking away and a young man approached me telling me he had some DEH tickets for a great price, less than face value. I was very very hesitant. I decided to walk to the box office and see if they had anything. When they didn't have any i decided to go see how legit the guy was. He walked with me to an upstairs office in a souvenir shop a few blocks from where I first met him, sold me the tickets, then walked me to stub hub to pick them up. I will definitely use them in the future for ticket purchases. They were awesome and I didn't have to pay those pesky service fees from stub hub. Taxes were also included! Try them out, for sure. I came to town for the weekend and was able to purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to Aladdin (ORCHESTRA SEATS!!!) on a Saturday, last minute. Not only was the associate on their street team informative about all of the current shows, he also gave recommendations on places to eat. He was very kind and courteous and even walked me the block and a half to their office to purchase my tickets. The staff in the office were personable and helpful. Next time I visit the city I will definitely be visiting this place again for my tickets! read more

We walked with a Time Square employee over to their office (above souvenier shop, don't be alarmed;) We thought we knew what we wanted to see but by the time we got to the ticket store he had described a new play to Broadway 'Dear Evan Hanson'. Thanks to Broadway on 8th. My wife and I were celebrating our 30th anniversary and came to NYC to see Bette Midler in Hello Dolly. When we got here, she wasn't singing. Our tickets were refunded and we thought that was it. The next day, we met a staff member from B on 8th and got tickets to see Bette for that night. We decided to look for same day tickets for Dear Evan Hansen. We went to the TKTS Discount Booth in Times Square but no luck - they had no tickets at all. A couple of ticket brokers approached us as we were leaving and asked what we were looking for. They worked for different companies, each looked up the price they could offer, and we ended up going with Broadway On 8th as they had the lowest price. We were a little skeptical but actually everything was completely honest, we went to the ticket booth in the 2nd floor of a gift shop, got 2 tickets for less than face value, and could have not been happier with the whole experience. So ever feel cheated? These are the best cheats. My wife wanted to see a show. she was on a line when a women approached her and told her she couldt get discounted tickets at Broadway on 8th We did and got tickets for the show we wanted. Beware. They do deliver tickets but they say they are discounted. We were told yesterday that we were getting discounted tickets. The face value were $64 and we paid over $30 more for each ticket! Use them if you just need tickets and don't mind paying a premium. But they were not honest with us. read more

Beware. A BIG rip-off. We paid $125 for "discounted" tickets which had a cost of $89 on them when we went to pick them up. They have many representatives on the street in the Theater District and Time's Square. Just Say NO. read more
