On the day of my appointment, we arrive 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment time to find out that the front desk accidentally canceled my appointment and gave it to someone else (even though they had received my confirmation). They apologized and tried to "squeeze me in" but my kids and I were already waiting 30 minutes past our original appointment time and we still weren't seen yet. With no end in sight and no time frame as to when we would be seen, we left. The front desk seemed remorseful but as a new patient that had to change my schedule with two kids in tow, first impressions are everything. I am giving a few stars for a clean waiting room and plenty of parking.

There was no warm welcome or sense of customer care. First, the chiropractor arrived late, not respecting the schedule. My husband did not feel that his process was handled professionally or thoroughly; the chiropractor gave little explanation of his condition. When he asked the receptionist about the next appointment, she just said," It's up to you," instead of offering professional guidance. His previous chiropractor ( who moved far away) always explained his progress and recommended whether more sessions were needed. The difference in professionalism and quality here was clear. He left feeling dissatisfied and would not return.
