I feel fortunate to have found Dr. Stoddard and his chiropractic business. My previous chiropractor of over 40 years relocated out of California. From my initial visit, being greeted by a charming and friendly office manager and having my first treatment, I was grateful that my chiropractic needs would be taken care of. Dr. Stoddard is excellent at helping people's bodies move better. I only have to see him once a year or so now. When I first saw him I was in horrible pain due to my job of sitting in front of a computer combined with an old injury. I live a normal life free from pain. This review goes back almost 15 years ago, before Yelp. In my early 20's, I had sustained an injury that prevented me from being able to jog/run for a year. The pain came from my knee.. anything more than walking would place undue pressure on my left knee and cause discomfort. Finally, at the recommendation of my mom, I made an appointment to see Dr Stoddard. He did a quick exam, took an xray and proceeded to do the necessary adjustments. I am very upset with this office! I called to make an appt as I've been under so much stress as many nowadays. Anyway ,Pamela the receptionist assured me they were under my insurance provider network and made an appt for my self. On my appt day I called Pamela t 8:30 am to verify my appt time she confirmed my appt. at 9:30 am. I got there at 9:25 am signed in another patient signed in right after me and was seen first . So ai got up and asked Pamela about my appt. being at 9:30 and why was this other patient seen before my me she went to say " oh, I was going to tell you that we don't accept you insurance carrier it's not in our network " ugh! My stomachs churned and I said " well when we're you going to tell me?" I went in saying " I called this morning to confirm my appt. and you couldn't have told me then?" She gave me some lain excuse. I just got out and left home I called to speak to Dr. Stoddard and voice my dissatisfaction only to here him excuse her ineptitude. Shame on you Dr. Stoddard you are fully responsible for her incompetence and lack of training! I would NOT recommend this office at all!! read more

Extremely displeased with this office. Pamela is the receptionist there and she is very misleading and gives wrong information. I set up an appointment Monday November 30th, 2020 for the following day on Tuesday. gave her my insurance card information and she said she would call me to let me know what my copay is. She never called me so I assumed I didn't have one. I got to my appointment on Tuesday, I don't give a copay. So my mom ends up scheduling an appointment for Friday Dec. 4. Bc she really liked how I was treated. We get there and the receptionist sees me and tells me "btw we don't take your insurance" and my mom and I were very shocked, Bc I had been seen Monday and it was already Friday and she never gave me a call! She then claimed "well I did call you but your phone was off" I checked my call log on the Verizon app and I had no calls from that office. And then says "well it takes two days to actually check if we take your insurance." But I was scheduled the next day I called????? She doesn't even know what she's saying. I have a recurring back injury due to a work injury in the past, So i constantly have to visit Chiropractors. This doctor is professional and knows exactly what he is doing. He adjust your back and bones correctly and painlessly. knows exactly which technique's and exercises to use. Whenever he is book i have to go to other chiropractors with immediate opening until Stoddard is available. The difference is night and day. He is very respectful, professional and experience. Doctor Stoddard is one of the most caring healers I have ever meet. In his practice the patient is the most important person and he will not push you to do something your not comfortable with. He takes the time to explain what and why he makes adjustments. In my case I couldn't be adjusted because i was so locked up. He took the time to stretch and massage the area i was having issues with. You won't find a better chiropractor. I wished he would of continued to become a natural path. Dr. Stoddard is excellent! I went in for my first adjustment (ever in my life) after my mother had recommended I see him after I had been experiencing uncomfortable lower back pain. He was extremely professional, listened to my concerns and adjusted me accordingly. I left the office feeling like a new woman! Parts of my body cracked I didn't even know could crack.
