My young adult daughter called to set up an appointment for a consultation for a cosmetic procedure, and they collected her credit card information to pay the $150 consultation fee. There was a miscommunication, and she later realized that they had booked her for a Tuesday when she had a class. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They took it upon themselves to charge her card the $150 anyway, without even letting her know beforehand.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They called her after the fact, and she told them she was planning to come Thursday, as scheduled. They told her she could come, but would need to pay another $150. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This is completely unreasonable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]She disputed the amount with her bank, but this ended up costing them several customers, as she and her friends have gone elsewhere[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. read more

Let me just tell you what happened to me with this guy. I went in for a simple sinus surgery. a septoplasty with harvest. It should have been NO longer that 3 hours. 11 hours later I came out with severe damage to not only my nose, but my body as well. I could NOT bend my elbow for 9 weeks because they put in the IV in my arm instead of my hand. I could not wear shoes for 3 weeks because of bruising and blistering on my heels, I have a massive bald spot on the back of my head. All this was because they could not keep me sedated and I kept VIOLENTLY flailing around trying to escape him because he was hurting me. Instead of stopping the surgery Robert Brobst kept pushing me back down and tucking me in the metal gurney and that is what caused all the damage in head and heels. The real damage however, is to my NOSE!!! He cut of both inferior turbinates pieces of my sinuses and caused a collapsed nasal valve. There were numerus other damage done and I did not no it was possible to suffer like this. Breathing and Sleeping! Very fair to say I was mutilated. Brobst then falsified ALL my medical records and had his buddies/colleges falsify theirs, This really happened and I can prove ever bit and will soon. I had my first injectable procedure two weeks ago and returned today for dermaplaning and a facial with his SkinCeuticals Master Esthetician! Lauren IS FABULOUS! What I like most about his approach is that he keeps a detailed record of exactly what you've had done and what worked well. I have been seeing Dr. Brobst since May of 2014. I wouldn't trust anyone else when it comes to my injectables ( I actually went to another place once and then had to go back to Dr. Brobst for a correction). He is very skilled and has a way of putting me at ease during what can be very nerve racking procedures. Dr. Bo is also extremely knowledgeable.. I ask A LOT of questions and I have never left an appointment feeling like I didn't get all of them answered. He is always very honest and makes sure I have realistic expectations of what my results will be. Bottom line: he is great at what he does! The office staff is fabulous. Everyone is so sweet and super friendly. I never wait more than 5 minutes and scheduling is a breeze. The office is very nice, the exam rooms have super comfy chairs. After which he discusses with you options and what you can expect. It's very relaxed and not rushed. He'll discuss prices with you and let you know what your options are. My review is somewhat close to the first one. But instead of a lip laceration I smashed five front teeth into my upper lip. So, at 11:00pm I am sitting in the emergency room as the nurses are trying to find someone on call to come sew me up. At about midnight, the nurses were got excited because they had found a plastic surgeon. So, around 12:30pm I first met Dr. Brobst and he immediately made me feel relaxed. After an examination, he thoroughly explained what he was going to do. Once he started, the best way I could gage his work was the reaction of the EMR nurses. They were extremely impressed with his work. The kept telling me what good hands I was in. As the other review stated, he makes you very comfortable. I have been thinking about getting a rhinoplasty for years. When it came time for me to finally be able to afford the procedure, I started calling around town and booking consultations. I initially met Dr. Brobst in the ER and immediately could see why the Emergency Room physicians insisted I wait for his care rather than theirs. Not only did he do a wonderful, painstaking job repairing the trauma to my face, his genuine kindness and warm professionalism put me at ease while he did so. When I went to my check up the following week, I was not surprised to find his entire staff to be just as caring and kind . The reconstructive results were amazing and beyond expectations.
