Her professionalism, communication and assistance are the best in the business. You never need to worry about anything and that is hard to find these days! Thanks to Frontline for what they do and thanks to Kelly for being the best manager one can have!! I told Kelly I was going to be in the neighborhood where one of these properties were and said if the tenant needs a helping hand moving I am free (she enough, they took me up on it and couldn't have been happier with the tenant!)..I could go on and on, but again, Frontline is a great place and Kelly is the one that makes it amazing!

Initial conversation went great, as soon as I signed the contract and got handed off to Angela - things went UPHILL QUICKLY. She never answers phone calls or emails. Asked her to get a paint estimate, three weeks later and a couple emails later, she finally responded. WILL NOT keep you in the loop with renters. Also mysteriously missing $100 that was left in the house which she will not assist with tracking. I sent her professional photos that were taken of the house - she didnt want to use them. Took her own which are dark and blurry - makes the house look rough. Doesnt send weekly traffic updates as they promised. House is sitting vacant and I have no idea whats going on. Supposedly a renter will be moving in tomorrow but there's been zero communication and the home is still advertised for rent. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. There are hundreds of groups out there. Find someone that wants your business.

I would never have thought I could get that number. I was absolutely blown away. Jon Westrom, the owner, even met me on a Sunday to walk through the property and talk strategy. That level of dedication is rare. His entire team works with real fire, fast, motivated, and incredibly effective. They communicate clearly, take action immediately, and truly go above and beyond. I'm beyond impressed and extremely grateful. If you're looking for the best property management company in DFW, Westrom Group is it. Highly, highly recommend.

The back spicket is broken and you can't connect a hose to it plus it's coming out of the siding. My fence is rotting to death. We don't use the pool anymore because adults aren't allowed to have fun. Ridiculous. I'm not talking be inappropriate. We should be able to bring a noodle? As a renter I pay for all of this. We pay over $2200 a month for 1600 square feet and that includes the garage. They care more about the land lord than the tenants. When the lease is up we are out. I recommend everyone do research before you rent. Rent is always negotiatable if you're dealing with honest people! I will not attack anyone 1 person. I feel that both renter and landlord should be happy not just 1 sided. Jon I have discussed these problems with you months ago and I texted you today around 11:50am and it's 5:00pm. You are the one who made the rules and said that the privacy fence is a privilege and your office says it too. In fact you have it in your hand book. You haven't solved any problems for me to write a good review. I told you I would not put a good review in until I see changes. No changes on your end at all. Don't come on here and lie. I respect honest people. You aren't being honest. This relationship will end on the last date of the lease and I will take care of everything you need from me to get out of here.     It's been over three years after Chris and Heidi are managing my duplex. I am very thankful and…read morefeel so peaceful for letting them to take care my duplex. I am very lucky to have them. The best thing is if you are the owener of the properties, you will be afraid of the tenants who is not taking care of your place and leave a lot of problems behind it. Chris and Heidi's company is different. They have a very strict legal check lists for the tenants who signs up before they move in. The tenants has to follow the rules. If they don't, they lose their deposit. If the tenant fails to pay for the rent, Chris will go after so I can keep deinking martinis at home. I still remembers my property was in big trouble. Flooded!!!! Chris and Heidi went at the 2 am in the morning to assist tenant's. I did not get a call until 10 am in the morning. They cleaned up what they think they need to do and I did not have to pay anything. I could not believe it!. I am very thankful for them to take care my properties and I want to promote to other properties owners how great to have them. We also have a lot of weather dramas in Texas for flood, deep freeze and torrential rains, but I must to tell you. Chris and Heidi are the best people who can take care and I do not worry about anything. Chris and Heidi cares about my wallet always. How to not spend money on repairing. Thank you so much.     The Clear direction property is not just a property management. It is above beyond!!!!…read moreI cannot be the landlord without Chris from the Clear Direction Property. I bought a duplex last year. I hired a bad lemon handyman to do some major remodeling which I didn't need. As a turned out this handyman kept begging money and not finish remodeling after 2months pass by. It was not even close and I didn't know what to do with this handyman. I had to start paying my own for electricities other stuff I didn't know what to expect when there is a problem like this. Then I called clear direction property I thought they were just the property management who just manage to collect rent and find goof tenants. As it turned out after I had a powerful agreement with Chris, he started going to my property and evict the handyman who weren't working and it was just a nightmare over there I didn't know how to response with this handyman but Chris gave enough time for the handyman to do his job at the property and he couldn't. So he got kicked out of my property. It was not even close to finish and it was not rentable. Then Chris and Heidi spent 8 hours a day 7 days a week to get my place ready to rent. He has great vender crew who worked my duplex to fix where the handyman left out. I don't think no other property management will do this. The amazing thing was Chris wasn't charging me for his Valuable time to spend full time at my property before it was a rentable we're not talking she wasn't even finding tenants stage yet. After he posted my place on the ads, it was less than a month to get the two tenants in the difficult months like January and February. Even after I got the tenants, they take care of my place for everything. They check up on my place in regular basis, winter house check to make sure the water pipe does freeze. Chris is looking after for me to get good deals if I need to replace stuff. I'm a flight attendant I'm gone all the time because I have him taking care my duplex, so I'm in peaceful mind to go to work. Thank you for the above beyond service. Without the clear direction property I didn't survive.
