The only difference is the beautiful apartments. What I think of when walking through the halls and into the apartments is that no price was spared to create ambience and quality. The restaurant is gorgeous and the food is spectacular. There is an outdoor grand fireplace on the facility's stone patio that burns brilliantly most of the time and can be seen through the restaurant. A stylish lounge abutts the restaurant where guests and residents can enjoy each other's company. Other luxuries such as steam room, gym, yoga, hair salon, gift shop, massages and more are also included for residents and available to the public for a fee. If you haven't seen this amazing place you should visit.

I would definitely not recommend this place as an option for an apartment, not even for a student…read more I ended up living in the apartment building for two years, and not only was it disgusting when I moved in, they also wouldn't give me my full security deposit back. When I called to find one why the full deposit wasn't given, they said they had to reprint to walls in my bedroom. I have dated picture showing that I never left the apartment in such disrepair. The property manager sent me back a email with pictures showing a wall with marks on it, there was also no way of knowing if it was my bedroom or not. Also, there are plenty other apartment buildings in the area that are way nicer, and a hell of a lot cheaper. Be aware of this awful apartment building.

Daughter lives in Buffalo but stays at townhouse Monday-Thursday for her job, she is a teacher and therefore non existant during the summer. These 2 women like to run the show, without being here. They discriminate; the daughter is the moms 'puppet'. If you have even the slightest issues plan to be talked dow to buy them. Its appalling! The property management company wants nothing to do with this property and is only in the office Tues and Thurs from 10-2. If you have an issue, plan on being referred back to the mother and daughter team who again is never here. This is poorly run, unfortunately, as it could be a good place. Don't plan it changing as it has apparently been this way for 20 years. Rules are made as they go. Rules are only for those that are disliked. Don't bring a dog, the nonexistent onsite manager hates them. It is hard to prove discrimination! If you decide to rent, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING.
