Feels so good to get exactly what you want, especially when you need it. My pooch turned 1 year old this month and it took me a while to realize it was best to fence in a section of my yard as a private dog park lol. Well, I called a few companies and decided to go with Brockton Fence. Charlie Gustas came out to interview me and take measurements, such a lovely, congenial and engaging person...has a great sense of humor too. I told him what I wanted, he offered suggestions and viola the fence of my dreams. OMG, no matter how many times I tried to envision this portion of my yard fenced in I couldn't imagine it. I decided to purchase an ornamental fencing system and it came out better than I could imagine. The two installers were wonderful, professional, very polite, extremely neat and answered any questions I had. The final product makes my yard look so finished/picture perfect and it fits in really well with my landscaping. always ask the represenative how long he stands behind his work. . How deep do they dig? It's supposed to be 32 inches they dig 24. Always ask about the quality of the material. Brockton Fence just replaced my old wooden stockade fence which had been bravely hanging on for the past 22 years with a six foot tall white vinyl fence. They did a marvelous job, making sure that there were no gaps under the fence for my little dogs to make an escape, and lining it up carefully with the existing five foot chain link fence on the front side. Best of all, a crew of four assembled the fence in a day and a half, made sure there were no escape routes for the dogs between day one and day two, remembered to shut the gate (!), and cleaned up after themselves. I had a fence installed 2 seasons ago by this guy and now I have called to get a smaller job done. They booked and a schedued appt to take a look. I took the day off for the estimate and they called the morning of estimate and said they cant come aand dont know when they will. I called bk 2 more times to reschedule and left messages and they dont follow up!!! Im sure its because its a smaller job!!! The absolute worst of the worst. They wrote me an estimate and I left a deposit, and then they ignored me for months. I went down to their shop to try to talk to them. Their shop is locked, during the middle of the day, all of the time. The owner of the company wouldn't call me back. Their answering service generally doesn't answer the phone. After about 2 weeks of calling them 10 times a day, I got my deposit back and fixed the fence myself. Use anybody but these guys. read more

The 2 man crew arrived around 8:30 and worked non stop until around 4:30.They installed 22 , 6' panels. They did an excellent job. Unfortunately there were some slats that were defective but the owner Charlie was notified and the panels were replaced by 2 other men, who also did a great job, within a couple of days with no problem. Had a gate installed in October it's March and the fixtures are broken where they installed the fixtures the wood is split all the way down the pole gate does not stay closed. I got a call back but no date to come and look at the fence gate. Paid over $1000 and I can't get an answer to my phone calls very disappointed still waiting for an answer. read more

Can not be happier with both the people and the product. The only surprise was how fast he was able to get the work going. In fact, I wanted to get some tree work done prior to give them room to work but I got an email that they wanted to start the next day. No matter, their excellent installer Wally took care of some cutting - don't expect them to take down a 60 ft oak, but after he was done it all looked great. So good I now need to get going on some yard work. Their prices were much better than the other folks who came to look. They put up our old stockade 25 years ago, and did a great job. Great Job! Great people! Two jobs seven years apart...both expertly done! I had Brockton Fence put in a large perimeter of fencing around the side and rear of my house seven years ago. The fence looks the same and is as sturdy as the day it was installed seven years ago. Two weeks ago, I called them back to reinstall and modify a portion of my side fence and gate after tree removers had to remove it. They actually used the same fencing, saving me lots of money, and cut and modify it into a gate of my specifications and it looks great! And did it for a great price! They apparently don't need any new business. I called to ask about my fence which needs a bit of repair. I was told that they are very busy and it would be at least 8 weeks before anyone could look at it. I pointed out that their Yellow Pages ad says, "No job too small." They asked for my number and told me they would call me right back. No call. No surprise. Apparently they don't need my money. read more

If you need a fence DO NOT waste your time contacting this co. 3 weeks ago I called to get a quote, was told someone would be out by Saturday, Saturday came & went and nothing. So called again and again was told someone would be out. Still nothing so I called again, a very rude older man told me "they would call me" when they came out. After 3 weeks I called the man told me, that I was suppose to call them, when i correct him, he got very angry and rude. VERY NASTY attitude, I was told they didnt want the job (which is fine, but he could have been nice about it)then slamed down the phone.
