Since the dish had to be re-set by a qualified dish contractor, I called my local installer to see when he could come out. He just had surgery and would not be available for 2 weeks so he told me to call the 800 tech # for them to schedule me. They told me it would be 10 days earliest. I called my local guy to see if he could recommend another dealer in the area. He told me to call Video Haven in Somerset, 20 miles away. I called and spoke with the owner to tell him what my situation was and asked him if he could help me. I offered $95 since that is what the 800 people told me the cost would be to send someone out. He refused my offer and said he wanted $125 CASH! I told him he was a thief and hung up. Would never recommend him for anything.

I have not been to this store since June of 2015. After I realized that this charge was still reoccurring I called the store to have this discontinued. Realizing that this was my mistake, I asked kindly if they could reimburse just the most recent payment made(yesterday), because this fee should be for the upcoming month's package. I was told by the owner that this was not possible and that he would not be reimbursing me. Edit: I was contacted months later by Jim, the owner of Video Haven. He was very apologetic about the misunderstanding that happened and was wonderful enough to reimburse two months of the package that I had. He seems like a fantastic man that I just happened to catch on a bad day. Please don't hold what I wrote against him and his company, but rather see him as an everyday person like you and me. Pay them a visit and be their patron!
