I will say, however, that the few times I have had to call the office with questions, it never fails to feel like I'm being an incredible inconvenience to the staff who answers the phones. Very short answers, and I feel an incredible sense of urgency and pressure to spit out quickly whatever I've called to ask about. On one particular occasion, I was given an answer that slightly different from what I was instructed by Dr. Paschall and the tone of the response felt very condescending. That I was brand new to and genuinely needed to ask questions even though it probably seems like a silly question. As a patient, I should be able to feel comfortable calling and asking questions when I need to without feeling like I'm an inconvenience.
