Don't tell me 20 minutes and try to press your kitchen into fitting it in. If your kitchen is really busy, tell me (the to-go order) that it's going to be 45 minutes or an hour or something. I'd rather be told an hour and then go get the order in an hour and it's ready when I'm there than be told 15 minutes and then I go there in 15 minutes and have to wait another 15 minutes at the bar. I hope that makes sense. I'd be happier with the hour wait time if it meant the food was ready to go than with with a 30 minute wait time but it means it's chaos and I have to wait while the kitchen gets the food together.
