I needed a wrap printed up for me for a full vehicle wrap as I am a new wrapper and I do not have a…read moreprinter to do this. I was going to purchase online but decided to give a local business a chance so if I had issues or changes needed they should be able to help out easier then an online not local route. This was anything but the case. 1st I wanted to get the wrap a week before my install and so I contacted Matt and told him what I wanted and he told me no problem he just needs to get half money up front so he could get the material in faster bc his guy was delivering and needed to know before he missed out on that weeks delivery. So I work it out get the money to him asap that day and waited. I then got an excuse that his printer was missing colors for printing and he would have to order this now after he needed the wrap so fast. After several days trying to fix the printers ink situation he still was having issues with color match as he's using a screen for his work with a hard blue tint on it and can't actually tell what he's printing until he prints it up. Now I'm stuck with him bc he has half my money and not enough time to order online. 2nd once he finally gets the "colors" fixed and things dialed in he starts the print. This has been over a week at this point and still waiting. He prints a test piece and has me check it out to see if it was good. I confirmed after going there that it was good. He prints them up and tells me that they will be ready late on this night. So I go to pick it up and look over the wrap at that time he told me and he was STILL PRINTING one of the panels. So I wait for this to be printed and laminated. While waiting he told me how awesome this Avery wrap was and had self healing laminate. I'm like sweet can't wait to install it. Then when he was done with the panel I find out that he STILL hasn't printed one of the panels and I have to leave with what I got and he will bring me the final panel later. "Which he did" mind you this is the night before I was installing on customers car. 3rd, when looking at the panels I find that the hood was printed to small and he even asked me the make and model of the car to make sure the panels would fit. When I texted him and talked to him about the fitment issue, he told me that I would have to stretch it to make it work or he would charge me for another print. Ok what ever I'll figure it out. 4th, I ordered in December and in March I find that the customer was having issues with the front bumper lips laminate peeling. So I contact Matt and he tells me it's user error while installing it. I ask him is there anything he can do to help out and he tells me he has to talk to his rep and see if that batch had an issue.... A month later I still haven't heard anything and he refuses to give me an answer or help out in any way. I had texted and called several times. It wasn't just the bumper that started to peel, there were parts all over the car that had flaking sections, just more so on the front bumper lips. 5, the installation of the laminate on the wrap was horrible there was hair and specs of dirt through out the whole wrap. I have a couple images attached. I understood I may be shit out of luck with the material bc I have no warranty from him but communication and letting me know what's up versus ghosting me and trying to avoid me is all I wanted. Do not go here he is over priced and does not support his work.

After accepting a project they clearly had no intentions of completing due to delayed emails, not knowing how to resize the art files, not communicating how I could set up print files, not ending paper samples, and never answering questions about binding, I finally pulled out of the project, months later. After they also agreed to stop the project and only keep a fair compensation for the work done, Cole Scott, a month later, has now refused to refund the entirety of a $1.8K deposit. I would love to amend this review if they decide to honor our contact and end on good terms. Until then, please take your business elsewhere.

There are few tables and the walls are covered in adorable, colorful cards and other stationary. It's easy to find what you need (and maybe what you don't!). Whenever I need to buy a card for a birthday, baby shower, etc. I go here. I hate the tacky cards you find at WalMart or Target. These are simple, cute and free of stupid sayings. I've also purchased notebooks, planners, monogrammed stationary and their pens. I love everything I've brought home with me. I have the pens in probably every color and they are the BEST. For Christmas, I sent my father here to get me a gift, because I knew he couldn't buy anything I wouldn't like! The staff has always been sweet when I go in, too. Which is so important. Parking can be challenging since they have a small private lot, but if you circle around the block, you eventually will see street parking. On my resume, not only did they have it done in a few hours when I was in a bind, they even trimmed the edges off for me so it was perfect, without me even asking. They just went the extra mile. Purchased 18 long sleeved screen-printed shirts last month. These shirts were nearly 50% cheaper than my local screen printing company and BAW even had a promo code available. I was weary because it seemed too good to be true; but for the price, it was worth the risk. I'm happy to say that the entire process was seamless. The staff was very courteous and extremely quick and responsive. I must've sent six emails in a matter of two days and all were responded to. It usually takes a day or two per email when communicating with local screen printing companies. I even had to change the design midway through, and one of the workers "Kelli Johnson-Hardaway" was very courteous and made it his/her priority to make sure it was updated. I had my product in hand 7 days after ordering... with shipping (which was free by the way)... I have never received screen printed items that fast or that cheap before. The shirts were exactly what I ordered and the quality and accuracy of the screen print was perfect. There was no issues with invoice total and the charges to my card. I have used Broken Arrow Wear for 2 years to create custom merch for school clubs. All of the orders have always been fast and high quality. I love their custom embroidery, especially. They send you a preview of what it will look like when embroidered on the clothing and it gives you a chance to provide feedback. I've always gotten the art previews within a couple days of placing my orders and they make my adjustments quickly. I loved this company! Not only did they have great prices but they have the best quality, art team, and turn around time around was amazing. Rachel Sheer was a dream to work with. I was very hesitant to order our company sweatshirts without actually touching the fabric. It had to be heavy duty material and we had other standards to adhere by. Rachel accepted every call I made and had to do a little hand holding during the process but in the end, I was the rockstar of the company for choosing a GREAT quality hoodie and our logo was perfect. I started a clothing brand in 2019 and was super hesitant to get my own shirts made and ship them out myself (I was using a drop shipping service). i found Broken Arrow Placed an order got proofs back within the next couple of days and Bri Buseman helped me along the way with the placement, etc of my tees. shes AMAZING!!! I've seen some negative reviews for Broken Arrow, but I've just placed my first order with them and couldn't be more pleased. I had a problem and their chat feature immediately cleared things up and then some! Not only did I get help via the chat service, minutes after my order was placed I received a personalized email about the order saying the issues were resolved and my delivery was still scheduled to be on time. These guys are the worst company I have ever worked with in printing shirts. They are incompetent and don't follow instructions. They will never admit when they have made a mistake and do not take care of their customers. Basically, their customer service is non-existent. Oh, but they will take your money... that's for sure. Came out perfect. Last week returned to have "Past" embroidered above, in smaller letters. When my cap was sent back to me. The word 'Past' was way larger than requested. Shocked. Not at all what I wanted or how it should look on the cap. So upset & displeased. I cut out the stitching myself. UPDATE: This business did get back to me to redo/refund. However, I will not take my cap back. As I do not wish to take the chance of having it damaged.

He did everything he could to try to bring our price point down! He even had his artists do the artwork for us from a very rough sketch! We got to choose from four different designs and choose the color and size of t-shirt we wanted. I always love events where there's a make-and-take. The shop is really cool and has a lot of fun designs for t-shirts. They also sell coffee mugs and drinking glasses with a Des Moines logo that Ashleigh designed. Another great thing about their merchandise is that it's all so reasonably priced unlike a lot of other t-shirt places out there. They also do mobile screen-printing.
