Purchased 18 long sleeved screen-printed shirts last month. These shirts were nearly 50% cheaper than my local screen printing company and BAW even had a promo code available. I was weary because it seemed too good to be true; but for the price, it was worth the risk. I'm happy to say that the entire process was seamless. The staff was very courteous and extremely quick and responsive. I must've sent six emails in a matter of two days and all were responded to. It usually takes a day or two per email when communicating with local screen printing companies. I even had to change the design midway through, and one of the workers "Kelli Johnson-Hardaway" was very courteous and made it his/her priority to make sure it was updated. I had my product in hand 7 days after ordering... with shipping (which was free by the way)... I have never received screen printed items that fast or that cheap before. The shirts were exactly what I ordered and the quality and accuracy of the screen print was perfect. There was no issues with invoice total and the charges to my card. I have used Broken Arrow Wear for 2 years to create custom merch for school clubs. All of the orders have always been fast and high quality. I love their custom embroidery, especially. They send you a preview of what it will look like when embroidered on the clothing and it gives you a chance to provide feedback. I've always gotten the art previews within a couple days of placing my orders and they make my adjustments quickly. Rachel Sheer was a dream to work with. I was very hesitant to order our company sweatshirts without actually touching the fabric. It had to be heavy duty material and we had other standards to adhere by. I've seen some negative reviews for Broken Arrow, but I've just placed my first order with them and couldn't be more pleased. I had a problem and their chat feature immediately cleared things up and then some! These guys are the worst company I have ever worked with in printing shirts. They are incompetent and don't follow instructions. They will never admit when they have made a mistake and do not take care of their customers. Basically, their customer service is non-existent. Oh, but they will take your money... that's for sure. Cheapest looking printing I have seen. 100% guarantee is worthless.
