Extremely disappointed with the finished product. It was my American Legion Cap. Nearly 3 years ago I took my Legion cap in to have the word "Commander" embroidered on the side. Gold letters. Came out perfect. Last week returned to have "Past" embroidered above, in smaller letters. When my cap was sent back to me. The word 'Past' was way larger than requested. Shocked. Not at all what I wanted or how it should look on the cap. So upset & displeased. I cut out the stitching myself. UPDATE: This business did get back to me to redo/refund. However, I will not take my cap back. As I do not wish to take the chance of having it damaged.

Went to see if I could exchange it (no receipt) but definitely one of their shirts. Wouldn't even acknowledge the odor just a flat out sorry can't help you. We have a design composed of a circle of smaller designs and when it wouldn't all fit on toddler shirts, I saw okay, just pick one. I had the idea of making t-shirts for…read moremy whole family for the last ever sporting event at the Metrodome in a few weeks which we will all be attending. So my wife and I thought, she could draw up a design and we could bring it to a local print shop to have the shirts made. I'm so glad we chose 87 Central, we brought our own design in and the staff there were super sweet and ready to help! Even for an order of only 12 shirts, they treated us like we were a huge order. They whipped up a mock on the computer and asked us when we could pick them up later that day! I thought it might take a few weeks to get such a special order made, but they had it ready for us in the matter of hours! I thought it was cool how many American Apparel color options they had in store, so we didn't need to make a special order, even though we had kids sizes, women's fit, and a couple of 2x orders. The staff went over all the cost with us, and even gave us a little deal since we designed the designed ourselves! When we arrived to pick up the order later in the day, it was hanging with other orders completed on a little hanger in a special canvas bag with our name on it that we got to keep. The service was above and beyond and I highly recommend using 87 Central if you plan on getting t-shirts made for an event or for your next family reunion.

I found the manufacturer that day and asked if they could order from them and they said sure, no problem. Then the design.. I see the design, FOUR days after he said he would have it done, and it looked nothing like what I had made.. He said he couldn't open the picture so he just made something else up. WHAT!?!?!!!! In the real world we have deadlines. And when you tell someone it will be done, it should be done! There were so many emails that I had sent to him that were unreplied, I felt like I had to keep prodding them along to get something done that ended up being nothing! I did not order shirts with them, they couldn't get a design right and were wasting my time!
