Phenomenal experience from my perspective!!! Creek view - invited by friends of the family to join them on a vacation. Holy smokes this place is immaculate! +2 stars easy to find... with the (Waze app vs. Google maps.) Great location +1 star restaurant and grocery store within a short drive.... I can't believe how awesome the area is and is upcoming!!!! Beautiful spacious rooms - the floor to ceiling windows is a fantastic touch! The views and the layout!!!+ 3 stars They have it set up very nice. The downstairs full bathroom was too notch and smart by the builders! There was so much to do. The arcade game, the shuffleboard, the play set outside, covered deck, gas grill, hot tub, games in the cabinet, go for a walk/jog.... the house is fully loaded! Excellent neighborhood and scenery.+2 stars... Trash collection happened often.... FYI. I know a lot of my friends and family go to Broken Bow. OK. We go every year, sometimes 2-3 times a year. We have never had any problems with the cabins that we have stayed at for all the years going. Well, this year was different. The cabin was nice but when you walked in after the entry way there was a large hump in the floor that we kept tripping on. Then we noticed that water was dripping from the ceiling. Then Sat afternoon, 2 of the 3 AC's stopped working, they froze up. I contacted the manager by text, email and calling. He never responded. I called Monday and again Tuesday, he answered and then hung up so I called again. He answered and said he would look into it. He said the hump in the floor just happened and that it was something underneath that was causing the issue. I informed him that I didn't believe that it just happened and that it was because of the AC leaking from the ceiling causing the floor to buckle. He would never take may call after that or respond to my texts. He sent me a text yesterday after I threatened to contact the BBB and to write a bad review. His text said I sent you an email, lol. His email said that his AC tech couldn't find anything wrong and that they didn't have any issues with the people that stayed there before us. With this long story, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK with Broken Bow Adventures. His voicemail and website say Luxury Cabins, they are NOT. Even in the bathrooms, they have old plastic bathtubs with showers. read more

Never coming back!! We head to broken bow every year for an office retreat and we've always enjoyed it. This time we decided to go with Broken Bow adventures and that was the worst decision we could have made. The grill didn't work, hot tub was filthy (very cloudy water, all sorts of debris in it). Pool table is just for show, can't really play on it, the cues were unusable. The owner was very rude, greeting us by yelling at us for lighting more than 2 pieces of wood for our fire!! (we had 4 pieces lit). The management was watching us the entire time from another cabin close by! It made us feel really uncomfortable. If you have a choice, DO NOT GO THERE. We've been to broken bow quite a few times, and you can find a much better place for a much better price. read more

Very nice cabins. Definitely very remote. Hard to find, but once you get there it is very pretty. The national park is very nearby, and the local restaurants were fun and tasty. read more

The property management company they use is extremely rude. I booked on Expedia and the amount Expedia had as my total was different than the email i got from Broken Bow Adventures. When I called to ask what the difference in price was (over $200) the guy told me that he didn't know and that he didn't care what Expedia charged I needed to pay him the increased price. Yet, still couldn't tell me why the difference and was SO extremely rude. I just hung up on him to call Expedia back, which I had talked to originally and they tried to get in touch with them and couldn't. It turns out that the extra charge was for a deposit, which was fine, but that was not Anywhere on the Expedia site when I made the reservation and all the guy and the property had to do is tell me what it was for. The property manager "Kevin" who is spoke about in so many bad reviews sent me over 10 rude emails within 30 min and I had already paid!! He finally stopped when I told him that if he sent me another email, he'd be hearing from my lawyer. The next email I got, he asked me to cancel my reservation as the owners didn't feel comfortable hosting me. I was so relieved, after reading all the bad reviews, mainly about him (there's a lot), I knew it would have ended up being a disaster. He was even rude to the lady at Expedia. Luckily, we got a refund and found a much nicer cabin with great people to work with. This guy should not have a job working with people, period! read more

My family stayed in 2 cabins side by side, Lover's Den and Green Manor over Memorial 2020. I recieved an email 4 days after we got home saying we had dogs that left fleas in a bathroom and that we had more people than what our reservations were for and that their could be a charge for that. I explained we did not have any dogs with us and that we rented 2 cabins so people came in and out of both. This outfit has 24 hour surveillance therefore I asked them to show me the tape. I have yet to hear back and I have not got my deposit for either cabin refunded. I would NOT recommend this place. read more

This has been the worse experience we have ever had in Broken Bow. We travel several times a year and this was the first and last time we will use this company. 2 days prior to our arrival we got a call from the "Senior Property Manager" that we had to reschedule. The manager was extremely rude and I told him we were not going to reschedule and he hung up on me. Once we arrived the cabin was nasty. There was trash in the kitchen, the sheets still had hair from other people and the bathrooms were not clean. The hot tub smelled horrible and we were not able to use it. The pond does not have a living thing in it. It is nasty and you cannot even stay on the deck to fish due to the smell. We called several times to complain but no one answered all weekend. Once we checked out we were charged a pet fee for other cabins that walked there dog on our premises and when I called the manager he said that there is cameras that show the dog walking on our porch and even though it was not anyone from our cabin and we did not have a dog he had to charged the fee to clean the porch.... He also hung up on me again when I got upset and told him that we cannot control what other people in the area do with their dogs and where they lets there dogs wonder around too. They also have camera's all over the property which is very uncomfortable to be around. I would never stay with this rental company again and the manager should be replaced. read more

Hilltop Aqua Vista Cabin. Never renting with them again! We have rented in Broken Bow for many years now and this cabin rental was the absolute worst we have ever stayed at and will never rental from them again. We aren't the type to complain or even write reviews but this was far beyond not saying something. We arrived to dirty dishes that had been put away in the cabinets, margarita mix still in the blender, the cabin was filthy, the "luxury sheets" had pee stains on them and there were not enough for the beds. A rodent had died in within the interior of the cabin, and while the manager did send someone out to look at removing it, they never resolved the problem and every time we turned the heat on the smell would get worse. This cabin doesn't sleep the amount of people that it states. One of the pull out sofa's bed was badly broken and unusable for your guests. We were short places to sleep. There were broken light fixtures that needed repair. When we first arrived we contacted the manager and numbers they leave for emergencies. No one returned our calls until after 11:30 pm and we were told, through text, that someone would bring more bedding in the morning! My husband continued to call first thing in the morning and we were told no one would be calling because they only respond through text. Things could have been handle in a professional manner had they called us. We asks to be moved into another cabin and/or a discount for the incipience and disgusting state of the cabin. We were told that if we were to leave within 10 minutes we could get our money back. We had a group of 12. That wasn't going to happen. They would do anything else. We will never rent from this company, let alone this cabin ever again. We suggested you not to also. Their lack of customer service, poor cleanness, state of disrepair, and awful way the situation was handle are plenty of reasons not too. read more

Management that runs Broken Bow Adventures is horrible! The gentlemen claims his name is "Kevin" but won't give me his last name and is definitely not of American Decent. Meaning, I have spend enough time in the middle east to recognize the accent. He was extremely rude, would not even give my wife the opportunity to ask a questions and told her to reference the website. The website calendar was not working but she never got the chance to ask. I called him and asked to speak to owner, explained the issue, he said he was and then commenced to yell at me and I needed to listen to him.... The conversation ended at that point. Very unprofessional and if I was a cabin owner I would not want to be associated to his business and as a renter I imagine you get the picture. read more

I rented 3 cabins at Broken Bow Adventures Luxury cabins. The hot tubs and grills were filthy. Huge spider webs on the decks. The management or Kevin the "cabin manager" is extremely rude. Well he shows that side once you have put down your deposit and paid for the cabins in full, before you even arrive. It sounds as though he tries to scam people out of their deposits. I know he is trying to do that to me. I'm in the process at this time disputing the charge. He is accusing our family of having a nose bleed on sheets and wine on the comforter. (1) There was no wine at the cabin, (2) There was no one in our family bleeding. He sent photos and the sheets in the picture are beige. All the sheets in that cabin were either beige or cream colored. After he changed his story in the emails several times he says he will not have to replace the sheets because the blood stains kinda blend in and the sheets are maroon in color, so he can still use them. GROSS!!! If you pay $720 a night please find somewhere else to spend your money. Are you getting an idea about this "cabin manager" at these LUXURY cabins? I rented a total of 6 cabins that weekend for our Mother's 80th birthday. We had 67 people that attended. The other 3 cabins I rented from, was Creative Escapes. They charge a $50 deposit and their cabins were much nicer and the management professional. Please do not let this guy destroy your special events. Whether its a vacation or a weekend getaway. To me it's not even about the money. It's the principal of it!!! Please do not get his business confused with Beavers Bend Adventures Luxury Cabins. They are a different company and what I know of them they are very reputable, unlike this guy. I'm sure I will get my deposit refunded to me. These cabins are horrific, the service and hospitality was absurd. The owner was very rude passing by our cabin every few minutes after arriving, we felt unwelcome but still let it go and wanted to have a good time. No joke we would all be sitting around a fire and the manager or owner would pass by his truck park next to us and mean mug us for a good 5 minutes then leave. It was very creepy and unprofessional. We paid 1600 dollars for 2 nights so it wasnt a cheap vacation. What got me very mad is the CHARGES they had on us after we left, i recieved an email for 960 dollars over charge on my card !!!!! 500 dollars for smoking, no one ever smoked in the cabin and i garanteed that, they also charged 150 dollars for moving furniture, i mean really ? 150 dollars for moving furniture ???? another 50 dollars for using extra wood, how on earth could any cabin charge 50 dollars for extra wood ? anyways the charges were horrific, im ending up paying more than 3000 dollars for a 2 night vacation. It's not my first time to get a cabin, its my first time reserving under this company but ive been around 6-7 times so im not a newbie, i know what im talking about when it comes to cabin hospitality. They are horrible. The cabin itself was nice but the people running it are trying to drain every damn dollar out of your pocket, very bad service , very bad management, i would really recommend reserving with some other company.
