He was thrilled to help us out. Our bikes arrived a day before we did, and he held onto them until we got there. Then he let us use his workspace to assemble our rides. He was nice enough to hold onto our boxes for the weekend until we returned on Monday, when we disassembled and packed up our bikes to ship them back out. Dan was extremely generous with his store and made traveling to North Dakota easy for these Jersey Boys. He and his staff were even genuinely interested in hearing all about our race. We bought some stuff from his awesome shop while we were there.. he's stocked with tons of very cool gear. You gotta check out Epic Sports.. it's a sick shop by any town's standards, and a diamond in the rough in Bismarck to be sure.

I was approached by a sales associate and I told him that I was looking a new pair of Keens shoes. I indicated that I require a shoe with a wide width, and then indicated if the display does not indicate wide widths we don't have them. I then asked he could please check your store to if by any chance you might a pair on the shelves. He told me if they are not indicated come in a wide width you don't have any on hand. I then asked if could order a pair me on and have sent to my house as on some my prior purchases of this brand of shoe, his response was that was to online and look for what I wanted and order them myself. It appear if my sale was not going to be a quick sale or if was not one the youths purchasing back to school shoes, he was not interested in helping me. Now we are told to support our local businesses, but if this the kind of service we are going receive we might just well go the big box stores.

Never had a worse experience before in my life. I waited 11 months for a full service and carb job…read moreon my bike, which wouldn't be a problem if I didn't have to bring it back twice already for problems from the service. One which included missing filling the coolant before it left. My bike overheated while I was taking a short trip and stalled. Got back home with it and checked the coolant reservoirs, nothing. Definitely has damage from the heat and is knocking bad. I called and they swear that they'll "Make it right". I bring it back in and they basically tell me I'm lying and they filled everything up. It was absolutely fruitless to argue with Shane and the mechanic, so I gave up. I guess all I can do is take the loss on the bike and not come back. I've saved a bunch of co-workers from coming here already from telling them this story so that's all the compensation I can hope for at this point. If you value your machine, please don't come here.
