The person that did our tattoo was Ben and he was very patient with all of the questions that we had and was very thorough on explaining what needed to be done before and after. The first time I came in, I did not have my ID with me and he would not let me get my tattoo, which is understandable and I do appreciate the fact that the company does follow the rules. The tattoo artist also kept everything very, very clean and was able to sanitize before and after each guest, which I really appreciated. My mom and I were hesitant to make sure that we had the exact size and placement that we wanted and he was very patient as we Decided and he did have re do some drawings for us and was patient with that as well. Getting a tattoo isn't pleasant but Ben did a great job of explaining what he was going to do, how long it would take and he told us when he was beginning. He made sure we were okay the entire process. The vibe of the place is unique with action figures and posters all around. It's fun to look at while you're waiting. They also have tvs playing movies and tv shows at each station to distract you while they work. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get a tattoo!
