Doctor bromley is a great doctor however, his staff is horrible and rude. My husband has been going there for quite some time. And the last visit is he bought our dog, which he's always done and Dr. Bromley enjoys the dog Michelle and another lady was also very rude to my husband she gave him dirty looks and said don't bring the dog back here again and then tried to add when a lady who was visiting for appointment petted, the dog, she told my husband the dog grabbe. I don't think that the woman which was not true. Therefore, I would not recommend, doctor Bromley's office unless he speaks to his staff personally how they deal with his patients, the wait is a long time that's fine cause he's good, but the staff is as rude as they can. Be and there are a lot of people who need jobs so you can get rid of them. read more

I wouldn't send my worst enemy here for treatment. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and uncaring. On two occasions, I waited almost two hours before seeing the doctor. On another occasion, my appointment was cancelled by the office, and I wasn't given a new appointment for 6 months. When I called them to let them know that I had run out of my medication, I wasn't given told that there was nothing they could do even though this was the result of their office cancelling my appointment. To add insult to injury, I wasn't given told advised that the practice was no longer taking insurance and would be cash only two weeks before my appointment which left me no time to find another provider. read more

My wife saw Dr. Bromley some time ago and was at that time pleased with him as a Doctor. He was part of Virtua Health. Recently her migraines have gotten much worse and she needed to see a neurologist. I suggested Dr. Bromley as she had a previous relationship with him as a patient. She called the office to set up an appointment. I asked her how she made out and she said she wasn't going to be seen by Dr. Bromley and of course I asked why not. She informed me that in order to make a new patient appointment she would first be required to pay a $100 nonrefundable administrative fee that could not be submitted to insurance. A $100 nonrefundable out of pocket expense. I'm pretty certain that most people (especially people on a fixed income) cannot afford this expense. This "Doctor" obviously only cares about how much money he makes. There are plenty of other neurologists to choose from. Wish I could give 0 stars as we never got past a phone call. read more

10 plus year patient of Dr. B. Waited 1 and a half to 3 hours for EVERY appointment. At least twice after waiting 2 and a half hours I was told to go out to lunch because he had a business meeting. I was NEVER able to get issues resolved between appts. Because noone would return emergency calls.I was given my treatment 3 months late causing at least 2 months of cluster headaches because of incompetant office staff and when informed of this the doctor said"Im sorryBUT we treat the worst of the worst here." As if I should have no expectation of quality care. Knowing how much pain I had just been caused by his incompetant staff he should have been begging my forgiveness not making excuses. This guy is not a caring doctor. He is a money grubbong monster who should be in jail for what he did to me. read more

I am very impressed with Dr. Keith Preis and the staffers at Bromley Neurology! Dr. Preis is very thorough with his questions, examination, ordering tests and answering my questions and concerns! He has a great personality and he's very smart and down to earth! I don't usually leave reviews unless I feel someone went over and above...which is how I feel about everyone I interacted with today at this office and including Angela who got my appointment moved up due to a cancellation. I was also impressed with the staff and convenience of having a blood testing service in the same building too! I feel a lot of hope for the future with getting this help!! I give Dr. Hightower a five star rating and, up until lIast week, I found the office staff to be receptive and helpful. However, last week, while in the office, I turned over an insurance letter of denial for my medication coverage because Aetna needed more documentation. Dr. Hightower asked Cheryl to immediately address this as I only had 15 days of medication left. I was led to believe that Cheryl would handle this right away. A week later, two phone calls later to Bromley neurolgy that were never returned, and even a phone call today from the Aetna pre-certification specialist have still not yielded the insurance pre-certification that is needed for me to get my MS medication. The Aetna pre-cert lady even asked LeAnn to answer the 14 pre-cert questions over the phone, so that my medication could be shipped out today. However, LeAnn refused and requested that Aetna send over another form. LeAnn said she would have Cheryl fill it out. Well, needless to say, Aetna did not receive a pre-cert form nor did I receive a phone call from anyone at Bromley neurology. I live two hours away and work as a nurse, so just showing up and sitting in the office is not an option. At least not tomorrow. Very disappointed and frustrated with the staff. Too much stress for an MS patient! read more

I've read some of the other comments and want to note before going into this that I've been to at least 20 specialists in my life (probably way more than that for various conditions) and I've experienced a wait at every one of them. It seems like waiting longer than a GP's office is just a part of the specialist experience so my rating isn't taking that into consideration. I've been a patient of Dr. Bromley's for 5+ years for a chronic migraine condition. My life has been completely changed for the better by the care I have received. When I started at this office, I had been going to the ER for severe migraines at least 3 times a year since I was 15. I have now gone at least 2 years without an ER visit for migraines and that is a direct result of the responsive treatments I have been getting from this office. I never have to beg for my condition to be taken seriously, and I feel completely comfortable being honest about how treatment is working because I know that my care will be adjusted accordingly. I trust that Dr. Bromley will treat my pain and suffering with compassion and respect, and I can't say that for every doctor I've ever seen. My Botox injections for my migraines are masterfully done with minimal bruising and no scarring (I've heard of some folks experiencing scarring from other practitioners). Today I went in for my Botox injections and had a migraine before going in for treatment. The office was kind enough to take me right over to their infusion suite without waiting where I got the same IV treatment that would have been given to me at the ER. I left today free from pain and super grateful. I recommend Dr. Bromley to anyone needing a migraine specialist. I have nothing but good things to say for the care I have received over the years. read more

My Mother has been going to this office for several years, mainly because she did liked the primary neurologist and it was literally 7 minutes from her home. The cons are it is ridiculous trying to schedule an appointment. They never answer the phone, when they do they are always multitasking in your ear when they answer, wether it's to another staff member or patient.. you hear it all and they do not hear you. Other times they answer you go right on hold, "Bromley neurology please hold.." no chance to even say Ok. For the record I'm ok with holding, but I have held ok the like with them for over 15 minutes and then get forwarded back to a ringing line, then no one answers and I go to voicemail.. to which no return call is EVER made by their office. I don't complain easily. I handle my mothers appointments, and I will tell you an older person with health issues can not handle dealing with an office like this. It's just ridiculous if the office is this busy, PLEASE hire additional help or create a better system. And FYI this is NOT Covid related. This office has been this way ever since I can remember. I have had it with this office, the front office staff is incompetent, rude and don't care about the patients. We have had 2 bad experiences here in the last 3 visits and we are done. The first time we waited 90 minutes past our scheduled appointment time, with no updated or apologies. This last time we showed up for a scheduled appointment to be told we didnt have one. The front desk person needs a major lesson in customer service or just needs to retire. She was argumentative and blaming us when they clearly didnt log the appointment correctly. She was even like why are you here again you were just here 30 days ago. I was like because the doctor just put him on new medicine and wanted a follow up. We wound up waiting 90 minutes again and still didnt get to see the doctor and up and left. I feel like sending them a bill for all my wasted time. When did the compassion go out of healthcare? When did treating patients like clients/customers go out the window. Now you are made to feel like you should just be grateful to be seen at all, not matter how long you need to wait. We are finding a new neurologist, our health is too important to put into the hands of people who don't give a damn. read more

I'm a nurse and see Dr. Hightower for my own health issues and she is the BEST! BEST doctor!! She is down to earth and takes a lot of time with you. Great listener. Does not mess around and takes care of anything you need. Any issues, call her and it will be fixed! We need more doctors like her in the world. read more

I've heard such great things about this office but their scheduling system isnt good at all. Numerous cancellations due to "doctors not being in the office". I've never received a confirmation call and have been waiting for testing for months due to continuous cancellations. Looking for a new neurologist now! read more
