Would leave 0 stars if possible. I've been washing my cars here for years and years and decided I finally have to find somewhere else. The last 1-2 years everything about this car wash has gone so downhill. They installed "new" card readers which have stupidly curved card slots. (Still no tap-to-pay) If you happen have a metal card you can forget about being able to pay. To top it off my last ten or so visits there is either never any soap that comes out - or there is soap, and it never stops coming out no matter how long you try to rinse. Never any in-between aka ability to WASH YOUR CAR. Clearly $0 getting put back into the upkeep of this place. read more

if I could do a zero i would! this time the issue was the wash I was at didn't have HIGH PRESSURE SOAP at 5pm and still charged my card! last time it didn't have spot free rinse! I talked to the new owner which owns the same wash down on Main St, which is best in town I thought he would turn this one around but apparently not. this one is closer to my house and has done nothing but give me problems. read more

Don't use your credit cards here. The vacuum area advertises for $2 but it charged me $10. I'm sure the wash area is also overcharging

I rarely leave reviews unless I feel truly passionate about a really good/terrible experience and as far as car washes go, this has to be one of the worst I've visited, certainly the worst in Brighton. $25 later and I will say with all theatrics aside, my car looked better before I used this facility. My windows are covered so severely in water spots it's almost hard to see out of them and side view mirrors are worse (yes, I used spot free rinse). The water pressure is minimal and the foam setting stalls every few seconds which consumed at least $5 of the $25 just waiting between pauses and the bug remover is an even bigger waste of money and time. My intention was not to write this review but rather call and politely request a refund however the number listed has been disconnected so that was the cherry on the pie so hopefully this will prevent at least a few people from wasting their time or money at this sorry excuse for a car wash. read more

Not trusting the credit card mode, I used coins. Only to fin out after putting in a couple dollars worth the machine wouldn't turn on in any mode (rinse, soap, wax...). Went to another stall and same thing happened. User error I figured. Went back a couple weeks later and it worked ok...but the vacs took my money but wouldn't turn in. Knocked on the office door and no answer. I got the feeling the number posted is not current as this place had a 'new owner' sign out a while back. Just go down the street across from Target and pay a few bucks more for a perfect wash every time! read more

Wash was fine, but same experience as previous reviewers with unreadable card display. Put card in twice as display was not readable and wash didn't indicate it was ready. Double charged. Hoping our call gets returned. Proceed with caution at this one until they get this issue fixed, or be okay with paying double for your 1/15/19 update: got a call back. Double charge removed and issue resolved. So at least they were responsive. Thank you to management for resolving this issue. read more

So, taking note from previous reviews I made sure to use cash at this "car wash", we've been traveling a lot and the dirt was piled up on the Range Rover, so I decided to use the self wash so I could really wasted my time trying to get the car clean. Soap is extremely delayed turning on and off, and I spent and entire 8 minutes on spot free rinse just to find out their water is so hard that, that after it dries, you look like you just left the soap sitting on it. If you go here, just know your paying for high pressure water from a hose and don't expect anything good as a result. This is obvious owner neglect towards wanting to get repeat business, and they just don't care about this run down facility. read more

I agree with the previous writer. Appalling customer service! Had a problem with the automatic wash and wound up paying twice, $9.00 each. Called and left a voice message which states to expect a return call the following day. One week later and NO call back! I don't think anyone ever answers the phone. It is always "leave a message". Do not use thus car wash! I wanted to leave a "zero star rating" but the application requires I select at least one star. read more

I have used this car wash several times and have never experienced any of the problems mentioned in previous reviews; in fact, the owner was onsite during my last visit and went out of his way to help me wash my vehicle free of charge after noticing I had missed quite a few spots on my first attempt. I also used the credit card mode for both the first wash and the vacuum (so convenient) and did not have any issues. Great experience all around. read more

Awful. Awful. Awful. Ever since this place was sold, it has went downhill. I pulled up to one of the lanes, and of course it didn't take money. Try to find someone to talk to and no one was there. The spot-free rinse is non-existent on the third lane and it has been for months. I wouldn't take a dead animal to wash off at this place. I hope this place is sold to someone who cares. read more

This place is absolutely awful. I pulled in to use the automated wash. First, I couldn't read any of the options from my pickup window (you apparently need to be on the ground to see the individual screens), so I just selected one of the middle buttons, which I guess was "regular wash" for $8. I normally pay $10 at the one on HWY 7 just west of 85 next to Santiago's, so thought I'd just get one less spray and rinse. But, what I got was only one spray and rinse. There's no undercarriage spray, no air dry; just a once over with a pre spray, not even suds, a rinse and it's done. It didn't even touch the tailgate. I was in there for all of about 60 seconds. I had the $35 inside and outside car wash. The employees stole my aux cord adapter for my iPhone 7..... I even tipped the employees. Wish I would have noticed right away. Also, the wash was poorly done. Very disappointed. read more

Hands down the worst car wash around. Never have I ever been to a car wash that is so disrespectful of there customers. I've been calling for the past month in order to notify them I paid $11 for an automatic car wash that never started. Left IM's and posted on the Facebook page my issue and still no response. 05/20/2016 around 2pm or so: 3 cars tried to go through. None of us could see the computer screen and all of us could not get the wash to work. This business has to make the screen readable for anyone to continue to use the wash. In the past it worked well BUT it always has had a screen reading problem. The car wash by the K Mart is a better alternative until this business gets its act together. read more

Every time I am here, either the bay is out of one of the sprays (like bug remover or presoak) or the unit on the wall won't recognize my credit card even though the main machine pre-appreoved it and said it was ready. Tonight the individual bay credit card ready also would not work. read more

Still waiting on a phone call back from this location. Wasted $20 - $9 first on the brush, which broke down while I was in the bay, and $11 on touch free which I tried after the other broke down...and that didn't work either. I have now called twice (the number that promised next day resolution) and have not heard back. read more

Because of the location of their change and credit card machine, you might want to bring an umbrella to block the sun and see the monitor. We used a debit card for a quick wash and wax rinse, less than 3 minutes, cost was $5.00 and no receipt was issued. read more

Well I have left several messages and no one has called me back. Last Sunday (24th) I used the touch less bay to wash my car - I inserted $20 and received no change back for an $8 wash. No where on the machine did it say I needed to use correct change or that no change would be dispensed. I really expected someone to call me back by now. I have always used your car wash in the past but if someone doesn't contact me about this I will take my business elsewhere. Thanks! read more
