There are multiple lanes (?4 lanes!!) to vaccum your car, with two vacuum heads for all deep cleaning, this includes ALL PET HAIR! Damp to hot towels, to keep your windows shinning! And toss them in the basket by your vacuum hose spot. These damp towels have the ability to remove some Colorado dust I never thought possible. And inside at the wash, they have recomendations, they are helpful with the nicest disposition. Trash is ready waiting, easy to navigate! Get ride of all that trash. Now the detailing and customer service. With membership comes the incredible wash and detailing of your car! You may vacuum for free, but the service at this place is optimum, superior, cutomer service unlike any other place around. Helpful, ask for advice, they have recommendations. My windows require darker tinting, they have a recomendation and how to better car for all the nooks and crannies, cuby holes where my White Dog's hair finds hidden spots on black interior!! Place might be busy, yet there is always room for YOUR CAR & CARE! Water wouldn't get warm enough and blow dryer was mildly warm as well. Decided since it's close by and only $10 which is a pretty normal dog wash price at a car wash to use the dog wash again...The next time was my last. Thankfully. Terrible parking spots to wash your dog. There was a car there when I got there and I had to park where the only way to get out was hitting my door on the brick wall, not a fan of that. The water was ICE COLD. The fan was not warm either. Given it's 90 degrees outside, it's not like the pipes were frozen. It gave me no receipt option which now I'm out of $10 with no proof of purchase to contact them. Both times I felt a bit weird that there was a ring camera installed in both stalls(which I truly understand it's for security, just odd). Last complaint is that the dog washes are so stuffy with a barely functioning door window. Not great even for a quick bath. Only good things I can say are nice it takes apply pay/tap. It's close to my house. That's it. But another place is worth the extra few minutes!

I filled out an incident report with some young female. She said the management would be in touch with me, I waited and waited, for 2 weeks, I kept checking in with them to always be told. A manager was not on site, and they wouldn't even give me the manager's schedule. So I could come in and speak with them. I just kept getting told someone would be in touch. I finally received a call back two weeks later. They said they were not responsible and basically too bad, so sad not their fault. Because the car was older. Did I mention this car was in MINT condition. The gentleman on the phone would not even give me his name, said he was not obligated to do so. And did not give a rat's ass about my MINT condition vehicle. We have/ had the monthly subscription, now we're going to a touchless car wash Jimmy Suds 935 S Kipling Parkway, Lakewood Co 80226. Not only do they have better customer service, their employees look happier and friendlier. Their prices are also cheaper. If you have a nice vehicle... I didn't notice until I got home so I went back and the employee acknowledged what had happened and sent me to another location to get my car cleaned up. I went through that was 4x and there is hydraulic fluid in parts of my car. I went back to this location hoping for a better resolution and was told the manager would call me the next day, that never happened. I called corporate who said they couldn't help me and would have a location manager call me back, that also never happened. So I'm stuck cleaning my car myself so the paint isn't ruined.. horrible service.
