I'm giving this location 3 stars and I'm knocking them down 2 stars due to the fact one of the car wash lane is always broken. I can't recall a time I've been to this location and all 3 were working. This carwash is absolutely terrible. I used one of the automatic washes for $22 and my car was completely spotted and had a film when I was done. The vacuum was a complete joke and sucked up some sand but wasn't powerful enough to do a decent job. I won't be back. read more

Membership for drive thru Autowash rarely works. I'm here now and for the past 4 weeks there have been problems with this facility. Wash chemicals are always out. Last time I was here it sprayed soap to wash then never rinsed. Today soap is out and no undercarriage wash. read more

Warning, do not go here. The payment is not set up correctly, allowing people to steal your car wash. On 08/09/2023 at 1:30 pm the car in front stole my carwash. There was no one to speak to and the machine didn't print a receipt. I initially thought they pulled up too early but as soon as I paid for my wash, it started for them. When I pulled up it wouldn't start and I had to pay again. This is a scam. Do not go here! read more

Second time using this car wash, even went to a second location since I assumed it's a fluke. This is the most frustrating self wash bay I've ever used for one simple reason: THE RINSE CYCLES STILL LET SOAP THROUGH. I like using self wash cause I can be really detailed and take my time making sure everything is perfect. When it comes time to rinse the car the sprayers shoot soap all over the car, defeating the entire purpose of a rinse. Like I said, happened once and assumed it was a fluke, bad bay, etc.. nope. Both the high pressure rinse and the spot free "triple filtered" rinse keep intermittently covering the car in soap. On top of all of that no one is behind the telephone number on the wall. Won't let me upload videos so here's some screenshots. Update: Oh man I gets worse. Figured since I was there I would use the vacuum. Change machine stole one of my dollars, so when you balance one of those change machines you should have more cash in there than you expected to because it never dispensed my coin. For the dollars that it didn't steal I put them in the vacuum and the vacuum was such a piss poor quality I stopped using it after 30 seconds... This place really does need some serious improvement, I don't have a single good thing to say about it. read more

This car wash is one of the best I've been to in the Denver area, I mean they even have a manual air blower for blowing off all the water droplets when you've finished washing your car!! This place is fantastic, when you drive into your bay you can easily select what products you'd like to wash your car with. I brought my car here after a recent snow storm so it had black slush marks all over it. The pressure washer at this facility quickly removed it and brought my car back to it's squeaky clean state! I highly recommend coming to this car wash as you can clean your car to ensure every detail is covered. read more

As a member of their monthly membership, I use the wash often. They past several times I have used the service, the automatic service only passed over the vehicle twice, once with soap Ave then rinse, no other cycles happened. I called and told the woman that I spoke with the issue, and she informed me that she would report the issue and send me a new code to wash the vehicle properly using a different bay and I've been waiting for that code to be texted to me for a week and a half! Still not sure about this place... I initially went bc of the dog wash station, but it was freezing cold water. I understand dogs don't line warm water, per se, but this was ice cold, definitely NOT room temperature. I hope this gets sorted bc I love the idea of this. Second, I never confirmed payment for vacuum, never scanned the code in or anything- bc it kept charging me instead of taking it out of my new user balance... it was confusing. I did the essential wash and it was fine, but when I went to vacuum afterwards- it was a no-go bc it now said it did take it out of my balance but it wouldn't start the vacuum for me. It's possible I was doing something wrong, as I'm terrible with technology/scan this/app that, etc.... But I really wanted to get the most out of the new user app rewards, and it took me over an hour to sort all of the logistics out with THAT, so when it didn't work out how it should have, hypothetically speaking, it turned me off. Yet here I am, searching to see if Autowash has powerful self vacuums for use, since I never got to try them out for myself. Super long lines. Over an hour to get into a bay. 8 quarters in a bay get you 2 minutes. Load up with a lot of money before you go. The change machines didn't work well. One didn't work at all. The credit card readers are nice if they work. People were struggling big time to use them amd them would have to drive off if they didn't have cash. No way I would go back even if there wasn't a super long line. read more

Neighborhood car wash is always busy but I love to support local family owned businesses. I like that it is close by and mostly just use the auto wash because I'm too lazy to actually get out and wash my own car... unless the kids are with me, then they have fun with the manual wash... and I supervise . It's a little pricey but I signed up for the text coupons and will drive my dirty car until I receive one... usually 1-2x a month. Free vacuum helps keep the inside clean too! read more

The equipment here is good but unfortunately the doggy wash has never worked during winter. The water is just too cold. Very disappointing.

The actual car wash is good, but it is SO. DANG. SLOW. Like 3 cars takes a half hour or more. "Whatever, just go during off hours, right?". But there is no off hours. There is a ridiculous line no matter what time you go. And if you change your mind in line? Too bad, there is no way to get out of line because of the layout. If you can go somewhere else, I would recommend it. It's not their fault that they are so busy, but it's definitely a pain in the butt! I wish they had a live line update feature on their website so I could look up the wait time from home and jet down when it's empty. That would be neat. This is the first time I've ever come to this place. Once you're in line for the Autowash, there is no way out if cars are taking long because there are cars behind you and additional cars in line on all sides. I've been stuck for 30 minutes while being the third car this entire time. I will never come back here and would not recommend if you're looking for a brief way to get the dirt off your car from winter weather. I haven't even gone through the wash yet and completely regret coming here. read more

Now that Autowash is much more established, wait times at peak hours are often LONG, but I feel they make up for it w/ their user-friendly app and membership benefits. If you're one to wash multiple times a month, as am I, you'll be glad to get the membership. Lame that you can't pay for the car wash ahead of the auto wash being empty - you have to wait until the person ahead of you is out before you can pay. Makes the line take longer. Credit card swiper on the far right Autowash is messed up. It took nearly 10 swipes to for my credit card to go through. When you first drive through, the under car water cleaner runs, so drive slowly at first. Full run takes about 5-10min. After my $10 wash, there are still old water marks that the car wash didn't get off. I've been through other auto washes for the same price in Denver and have not seen leftover residue like this. I don't want to be dramatic and say a sweeping statement like "I'll never go to this car wash again." But the last few times I've been, it's taken over 30 minutes in line. This evening was no different. It took over 40 minutes (in toddler terms-the entire Frozen soundtrack and entire Moana soundtrack), and when we finally got up to pay, it wouldn't register that I was swiping my card. I tried both ways-one way, it said error. The other way, the screen never changed from "please swipe card or insert cash." Not fun with screaming toddlers cause it took so long, and even worse so because I couldn't even get my car washed. Luckily, I was able to swipe my card successfully elsewhere afterwards and pay for a bottle of wine that I needed after the experience. read more

This car wash company does not give a damn about their customers period. Whenever you call the "helpline" to either get money back due to the change machine shorting change or have questions regarding membership they constantly make excuses and continually make washing your car an absolute hassle for their customers. Not to mention the constant monthly car wash membership changes (No self service bays at all, random notification in the app saying I'm now limited to 10 car washes per month?!? To name a few. Best part - This is not disclosed to the customer anywhere when you sign up or on their website at all AND this was all taken away or changed without any email or notification from "corporate". If this is the new monthly plan then the monthly membership as advertised needs to come down in price by $15 or more. Long story short, if you want to sign up for a $35 monthly car wash membership where the price doesn't change (lower) while your car washing services and prepaid allowances are taken away without any warning at all and customer service is entirely forgotten about then you should TOTALLY join AutoWash! Wow. This place...drive down the road for a better experience. SLOW moving machines, the card payment system doesn't work, and the sensor for the automatic wash doesn't work so you waste five minutes trying to find the right spot. Waited in line for 40 minutes to get a mediocre car wash that was worth way less than $12. This place needs an upgrade to its system. Don't come here if you can help it :) read more

So I took my company truck to the auto wash because it washes Dually pickups. Paid the $17 for the superior plus with the company credit card go through everything's fine get out to vacuum and noticed the dryer did nothing for the side at all just the top, so mirrors and windows are all spotted after it dries. Another thing I noticed was the runningboards weren't even touched, And still full of dirt. The front chrome was all spotted, the dryer didn't even hit that. So I called the customer service for the car wash, and I was told by a lady that the auto wash isn't made to dry the sides of the vehicle nor is it supposed to wash the runningboards on the vehicle. I requested a refund, and was told that I will not get a refund because there's nothing wrong with it auto wash touchless. The touchless carwash is worthless I do not recommend it for any car, you pay that kind of money you think it would at least wash your car good. I've noticed the really good carwashes are the ones with the free vacuuming like Ocean express car wash on 96th and federal, and eco-express car wash on 84th and I 25. I did see one like that down in the Northfield area on Quebec south of I-70, I think that's an eco-Express. I've got to say that's pretty crappy customer service with the lady I talked to, if I knew a company wanted to bring their company cars and vehicles and spend the money ata place like that I would definitely take care of them and appreciate their business. But she didn't care and I will just spread the word and warn people not to Waste their money at this Autowash chain that doesn't do what it is supposed to do. read more

Never had any issues at any of the Autowash locations. Other than sometimes having a really long line, my experience has always been good. I've washed my truck, a 18' F150 and an '08 F250 and both looked great after the wash. The dryer doesn't really get the trucks 100% dry but what car wash does. I always bring a towel to dry the windows after a wash. read more

Best touchless automatic car wash I've been to across several states hands down! The machine takes its time and does a thorough job. You'll be very pleased. This one takes several minutes depending on the level you purchase up to 8 min long. Compare that to the 75 sec wash you'll get at your average touch car wash. Not even close. read more

The automatic washes take 10 minutes each and there's always a line of 5 cars. When you realize your about to wait 40 minutes for a car wash you're trapped by cars behind you and no way to exit the parking lot. Oh, also if you're the type to hydrate yourself they have no bathrooms so bring a large bottle so you don't pee yourself in line. Good luck! read more
