Upon arrival I was greeted and handed the patient paperwork in a prompt manner. The wait was about 30 minutes. So not terrible, and the waiting area had a beautiful big fish tank and peaceful feel to the atmosphere. The lady who did my blood work was a pro for sure. I have very small veins, and I'm always scared I'm gonna get poked up and leave looking like a Michael Myers victim. But she did it on the first try and with very little pain. Anytime I had questions about procedures I was given detailed answers and handed a booklet with even more info as well. They are very friendly and very thorough here, and I left feeling well educated and in good hands.

To top it off I am supposed to go to a specialist once a year her people say to go to the appointment and the specialist will do the referral, last time I did that they said they don't work for my PCP, it's her job to do the referral. Instead of $55, I had to pay $175 for a simple visit. My wife and I both don't like the way she talks down to us. She ignores my suggestions and acts like she know everything. I even had to tell her one of my medications was on the list for bad side effects. I liked it better when she had a PA working for her.

When you leave your appt, there is often information awaiting that was sent to the printer by Dr. Mosqueda or pulled up by his assistants. Great bedside manner, up with new treatments and medicines. He is the only one that has been able to motivate this formerly sedentary, unmotivated person. I'm so much healthier than the day I first walked into his office. I would recommend Dr Mosqueda very highly. A physician with knowledge and great manner that you can entrust with your health. Waiting time in the office - not long at all - usually just a few minutes from my appt time and only occasionally have I had to wait longer than half an hour in the five years I've been under his care.
