I had a doctor at the ER that with all the tests done and the same info I shared, he did not give me the right antibiotic. I had a serious infection and high fever for a week and he doubled the antibiotics I had before I went to the ER... yes, and was charged 1k after insurance. Dr. Ortiz Saved another trip to the emergency room or something worse. I would take a good doctor even if it meant having to deal with some issues with the staff, it might just be uncomfortable to be in that position if you are in need of efficient staff. If you are, the manager resolved my issues when they were escalated, she was kind and made sure everything was okay.

I worked in a medical school, I was married to a doctor and I was ALWAYS somewhere in the medical field. Dr. Kumar was attentive, COMPETENT and THOROUGH. I am not the most medically simple patient in the world and my first visit with her was a follow up after an ER visit AND I was changing from my previous NP to her office. She was unrated by my health carrier and I took a chance. She made sure that ALL of my shots, screenings, EVERYTHING were up to date, made sure I knew their office policies-EVERYTHING. I left there feeling like I got better follow up advice than my former NP had given me as well as a referral to a specialist for a problem that dragged on too long. It was an extremely thorough first patient visit as well as an appropriate and thorough ER follow up visit for the issue that I had. Not that age matters, but I was grateful that she is young so I won't e looking for a replacement for a primary care doc that would e retiring soon. Also, more recent grads have the latest info.

I had my ENT specialist specifically call and speak with the drs here explaining how their management would give her patient a referral and it was basically life or death. They are horrible and I hope they get everything back 10fold.
