The pool was lovely and saltwater which made it easy to swim and the all inclusive access also allows access to one al acarte meal at either the Brazilian or the Mexican restaurants in their sister hotels! Excursions cost money however are discounted from the prices shown at other places (€68 per buggy against €125 for example). Overall a good hotel but for the price I would have assumed more would be included.

We went back to the reception to get a new room and got one after negotiating. The new apartment was a joke as well and even worse than the one before! IT IS DISGUSTING: it's dirty and old and there are lots of broken and damaged appliances in the apartment. There was stuff in and on the toilet that nobody wants to see. I went back to the reception to ask for a new room but they are fully booked out. Then I asked someone to clean our apartment and they told us that all the employees are off work already so they handed me a cleaning spray in order for me to clean our room. That is beyond unacceptable and the worst part is that even after cleaning the toilet the stains wouldn't go away. Breakfast is also gross and there is not a big selection. Plastic spoons and cups.... no comment necessary!

we stayed here in feb of this year,such a lovely hotel everyone was so friendly (like a big happy…read morefamily)we did all inclusive & every meal was 10/10.We picked a quiet time to holiday here so anyone wanting a quiet break this is ideal,there are several buses that pick you up free of charge & take you to different parts of the area(like a hop on hop off service)running daily just ask at reception for a time table & enjoy.We took a stroll down the sea front & were amazed to see chipmunks being fed by passers by they were adorable just popping up & feeding from your hands on peanuts or biscuits.Even in feb the weather was hot i was only sat outside for 10 mins before i got burnt so make sure you apply suncream before you venture out
