Well last night our tank ruptured and when I called Aquarius Plumbing this morning to activate my warranty they politely told me I had 3 options. First option was the earliest they could book me in for service was next Monday (6 days from now), which is totally unacceptable because it's the Easter long weekend coming up and we had company coming). Second option was if I wanted it done sooner they could fit me in on an emergency basis but I'd not get the warranty and I'd be paying overtime rates (so much for the warranty they offered me when they installed original tank) and my third option was, I could go find another supplier. My question is why wouldn't the supplier that sold me the product service my product/problem. I'm certain it's greed that gets in the way of service. If they could find a installer after 8-5, why wouldn't they just look after us before the long weekend. No I am supposed to wait 6 days to have hot water in the house. Ridiculous!!!! Anyway I thought you should know if you're expecting service, Aquarius Plumbing should be low on your option list if supplier/installer. Unsatisfied (one time customer)!!!!

Well..... the detectors went off again! After first paying 475.00 to NOT have the problem fixed, I then get a 1750.00 bill to change the water heater. The 1750.00 was fine, but when I asked for the bill to be separated into material and labor, I get a NEW bill for 1795.00 for itemizing. I called and was told, oh Kyles just having a bad day, to go ahead and pay 1750.00. Then I was told, no, we found through itemizing it, it was more???? GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND AHEAD OF TIME!
