We were looking to buy a home in Fairfield from out of state and I spent a weekend visiting the area to scope neighborhoods and met with 6-7 real estate agents. Joe came recommended as "THE MAN" (especially when it came to VA loans) from an Agent who spoke very highly of working with him. Another real estate agent also recommended someone for us to work with for VA loans so I started the process by getting quotes from both. The first time I reached out to Joe was after the close of business - I just assumed he'd contact me the next morning. HE CALLED ME WITHIN 5 MINUTES, and talked to me for a good 30-40 minutes - despite it being 9pm or so!
