We ate lunch at the cafe, but weren't super impressed by the food. The chipotle chickpeas were bland. The paper menus also didn't match what was actually available at the register. The line to order was quite long, but the wait for the food wasn't the worst. They had lots of seating indoors and a nice outdoor patio with more tables. We walked a few of the trails. Most were unpaved. We managed fine with a stroller, but the paths were a bit rocky. To see several sections, you need to climb stairs so a stroller was not the most convenient. The view of the Hudson, from both the upper and lower terraces, is wonderful and great for taking pictures. It was spring so they had tulips in bloom. Their shady grove of trees was cool to check out. I also loved the upper gardens.

The reason the price was high because every single element of his Art makes people excited. Alexander Calder is the creator of the mobile, inspired by Piet Mondrian and Joan Miro. And the name 'mobile' given by Marcel Duchamp, very famous for the 'Fountain'. Artwork on display were from Artists including: Anthony Boone, Khalid Sabree (focus on Jazz + The New Harlem Renaissance), Sophisticatedcookie, Rudy Collins (focus on Black Influentia/Prominent Figures like James Baldwin), Ricky Day (focus on Harlem Brownstone Architecture - Harlem Scenery), Magdala Charles (focus on Female Empowerment + Freedom), etc. My favorite masterpieces at this exhibit were those created by Artist Daryl Daniels that focused on everyday people and the illustrations of children on the bus were so cool! Artist Amber Lodman discussed her artistic inspirations and detailed the process of how she creates her beautiful artwork. Ranging from, colorful, bold Harlem Afrocentric pieces to Minimalist Pieces, everything was gorgeous. Special thanks to Owners Phyllis and Dodji Gbedemah for their kindness and it was truly nice to meet them.
