OCTOBER Discover card AGAIN was billed 89.99 + tax SUN TAN CITY I had to call my Discover card and have them banned, close my account and get a new card issued because SUN TAN CITY just helped themselves to my Discover Card!!! Someone contacted me at work early October and said they would refund their illegal charges. Guess what? NEVER happened. RUN! When I went back again a few days later, they texted the manager and she said they would not replace it. I have also had two incidents where machines didn't start.
