After I was sprayed, I asked her if the tan would blend on the areas that appeared that she missed. She assured me that it would be a nice even tan tomorrow. The next day I went to work and my coworkers said I looked like a spotted Cheetah. I believe I spent $75 for the worst spray tan I've ever had. I emailed the business and never got a reply.

I assumed she was the manager, but asked today and she is not. The owner should be grooming her for that job right now. She's pretty and obviously uses the tanning beds herself so she's a walking, talking advertisement and saleswoman for the store.

So if that bed is busy, I am forced to use a substandard bed even though I pay for the premium bed. I have been told that there is nobody in the area that can fix the beds. These beds have been broken for 2 years now. I don't understand how they cannot find someone to fix or replace them in 2 years. I cannot continue to justify the money I am paying when I am not getting the service I'm paying for. At this point I am ready to take my business to a competitor. Don't get me wrong, I love Soleil and the people are great. But when I walk in the door, I want to be happy and relaxed, not upset and disappointed again.

I asked the gals at the front desk a few questions and they just handed me bottles of primer and a lotion that they said to put on after. I triple-checked they meant the lotion to be put on right after the spray. When I came out they laughed at me and said that the lotion was for "maintenance" days after your spray tan. It felt catty and rude. I felt like I came in very nice, and they found my experience funny. Bummer.

There were fingerprints all over the top and leftover lotion from the previous person. There were even footprints on the edge of the bed. It's really gross and they should definitely clean the beds for everyone no matter who they are.

The contract requires that I use their overpriced lotion. I paid approx $70 for the one pictured and about half way through the can the entire assembly fell apart while I was using it. I left it at the front desk for the manager since she was not in. The next day I asked about it and was told the employee only put my name on it without an explanation. They then wrote a note. When I went back again a few days later, they texted the manager and she said they would not replace it. I have also had two incidents where machines didn't start. I had to get dressed again because no one answered the phone when I tried to call.

Very poor customer service in my opinion.
