She reached out to me beforehand to ask me some health questions that seemed very standard for a basic procedure like this and asked if I had any concerns or if I wanted to do a skin test ahead of time to check for any adverse reactions... I wasn't too worried and declined the additional skin test. When I arrived at my appointment I noticed everything in her office was clean/ sanitized and of course we wore out COVID face masks throughout the duration of the appointment. In mapping my eyebrow I noticed she was very thorough and allowed me to be collaborative on my preferred shape and size of my eyebrows.
