Our family member utilized services for a flooding issue at his residence. While items were stored in a Serv Pro facility to remodel the basement from flooding, their facility caught fire damaging the contents/furniture of the home. Items were returned with smoke damage and asked to be removed. To date (over a year later), Serv Pro has yet to provide an inventory list of the smoke damaged items they had taken out of the home, how insurance costs were determined in light of not having an inventory list and multiple unanswered questions. Not to mention leadership lacks professionalism and runs a business with unethical business practices. After escalations to Serv Pro leadership, they also failed to resolve and engage. Let this be your warning to take your business elsewhere. Have never experienced a company take advantage of the consumer in their time of hardship. When we attempted to resolve the issue with you directly, you "owned" our case under Thorman Enterprises despite it being bought out. Our family did escalate to the new leadership to include Brooke Fritchen (General Manager) and Matt Marchese . We were told Thorman Enterprises owned the claims. So which is it?? Regardless Thomean Enterprises, Brooke Fritchen, Matt Marchese, Serv Pro failed to resolve.
