And she told me to reschedule. Which I declined. We will look at other places.....plus if they are short staffed I'm not sure if the caregiver/child ratios are being met. I won't feel comfortable with my child at a place where they are not enough ppl watching the kids. Red flag for me, on top of the terrible communication.

His dad picked him up one day, which he never does. They jumped on it and told him my child was getting dismissed due to a supposed negative social media review I gave them. My child was dismissed effective immediately the next day. This breached their own contract, that required at least three days written notice. I have yet to receive letter explaining more information. I received an undated letter explaining I would get a refund of my tuition I had paid. The letter doesn't even say my child was dismissed. Unprofessional. If a childcare facility has an immediate opening in todays world, there's a reason.
