Think of it as a school where all the big businesses in the area got together, told UNT what kind of things they'd love to see in graduating college kids, and then UNT made programs tailoring to that. Bam. You've got the Frisco campus. No, it's not just a business school, although a heavy focus of the curriculum is put on accounting, finance, things like writing press releases, fund raising, public relations, etc. All sorts of things are taught there that corporations have a huge desire to see more focus on. Another key thing about the Frisco location is that it is predominantly all night classes, so it's tailor made for those already in the work force, maybe those wanting to get a different degree or even further an existing degree. You can still come here and do some basics (I took chemistry and a psychology course here) but they are typically afternoon to evening courses. Lots of the commuter students at the main Denton campus like the Frisco campus because parking is free and PARKING IS FREE. Yeah. It's worth putting twice. Plus they are super freaking friendly here. They always great you with a smile when you walk in, they give you free swag all over the place and I swear...It's like they remember you paid them to go there or something. Amazing. They cater food in all the time for all students and you can rent a laptop, use a printer, get scantrons, all free. Instructors are fantastic. I hope they offer more daytime options for core classes. It's a great facility.

I definitely like how clean the school is and the professors are really there to help you succeed. The computer lab is also really nice and clean. There are also private study rooms in the library that you can book to study. The librarian is also very helpful and will take her time out to help you find an article or book. I definitely recommend this school if you are considering PT, Nursing, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, and etc. As any school, you do have to pay for the garage parking. I have never had a problem with not having any parking spots in the garage but there are times that I do have to drive all the way up to the roof to park.

Dallas College Richland Campus has a choir director, Dr. Andrew Evangelista, that is a huge…read moredetriment to the program and its students. Dr. Evangelista is putting students into excess credit hours of music that will not transfer. Excessive hours lead to students being charged out of state tuition at 4 year colleges and universities in Texas. Financial aid does not cover those thousands of dollars in increased tuition. Excessive hours can exhaust students' financial aid leaving them to pay for their college out of pocket. Dr. Evangelista dumped all of the Richland Choir alumnae that came back to sing. What was once the most successful two year college choir in Texas that toured nationally now after 3 years under Evangelista has only 7 singers. He has totally destroyed this once well respected program. Older students are not welcome and college age students are sure to be advised into disaster.

If you're not eligible for fafsa or an international student good luck paying thousands of dollars every month on top of a large down payment because you won't get approved for a loan literally anywhere in America so if you have a choice go to your local community college

An admissions team member came out and basically gave us the tour on a map while outlining our walk. Seriously. She spent a solid 30-45 minutes with us and gave us food for thought (comparing TCU and SMU). Campus folks were friendly too as we were wandering. Very impressed by libraries, museums, and construction on the business school.
