I will say that I am cautiously positive given that I didn't read yelp reviews before going in. I have only had two cleanings fully covered by my insurance so that's what I will speak to. The practice is in an old house and the "rooms" are just kind of cubicles. It's fine but there's really no privacy and the employees seem to enjoy being able to talk to each other while in separate rooms... The quality of care has been good and professional. Although, I made an appointment with a specific dentist and have never seen her. I was handed off to a different person on the first appointment because she didn't already know me or seem interested in having me as a patient, so ok.... I have only seen one dentist for about 10 minutes in the first visit and not at all on the second. But, as I said... it's all been fine. Everyone is personable and professional enough plus my teeth cleanings have gone well. There is a small parking lot for 5-6 cars and street parking. The office is clean and inviting.

I showed up and waited outside for 8 they opened early at like 7:50 I was the second one in line and she told me it was fisrr come first served. well here I am still sitting while several people with the same plan as me go in before. she also told me that they do not do payment plans and I had to pay in full but it says on the website that you do have payment plans. she treats me like some bum I'm a 26 yo father who just needs help getting my dental fixed. I was there to get three wisdom teeth extracted and the dentist jumped from me to other patients between sawing and aggressively pulling at my teeth. I specified on my way out that I would need something stronger than Tylenol and ibuprofen but that request was ignored. I honestly would have preferred to keep my wisdom teeth in after that traumatic ordeal.

I've had multiple dentist in the past tell me "I recommend sealant, or a crown, etc. when I didn't feel like there was anything wrong with my teeth" the dentist at this place just said "your teeth look great." The hygienist was also very nice. One thing I didn't like, is the dentist seemed to only spend a minute or two looking at my mouth. Appointment was set for 09/08/2023 9:00am to remove tooth.. Appeared for appointment as scheduled, a little nervous & anxious. Everyone at the office were helpful , understanding. Now I have several teeth that are bordering on painful and so sensitive that air literally hurts them when I inhale between two of them. I only had 1 tooth that was sensitive and previously was told by the older male dentist here a year prior I was brushing too hard and the cavities I've had for years didn't get any worse. I went back with little to no problems still not bothered by Amy cavities and after the "cleaning" I have several teeth that hurt/ are sensitive. I went to see her and told her how ive been sick for many years. She talked to me mostly said things I wanted to hear. Offered to be my medicine dr I sted of who I was seeing at another family practice location and told me she would start prescribing me all the meds I currently took that day so she could become my MD from now on. Not much happened about the reason of the visit. So a few days pass I see my original doctor at the other location and which she read the notes to me, which said nothing but refer back with Anne. Thats it that's all she said she did not start any paper work to switch me over and she did not refill any of my prescriptions or attempt to try too start that process. My Dr said she didnt do anything you said she was going too. Just said to see my original MD. In complete shock. Ive realzied most of the Dr here get paid no matter what happens to us. They go home to there family happy healthy with all the money we give. And not care of my scary health symptoms, i'm desperate for answers.I have a son of my own trying to do the hold a job and pay bills is my every moment struggle. I came to her for some kind of help anything. She gave me nothing... they don't care about you period they want the government money that we can provide for them. So that they can have a good life.They can give two craps how you feel or if your dying. Ive had to do research intensive research on my own throughout the years, to narrow down my symptoms to what it could be. Then, on my own search for the doctors who diagnose people like me with the symptoms, I have. I'm doing all the work, meanwhile, being sick and trying to hold a job.
