My quest for a suit/suit coat for a wedding took me from one end of the men's clothing spectrum to the other. My first stop at another store had me trying on a fantastic sports coat that I later realized was priced at $1,200. I politely excused myself and headed for the other end of the spectrum. The other end didn't work for me either. When I went to this Jos A Banks store to get my coat tailored I looked at the rack in my size and knew I needed to bring my fashion consultant (wife) back to take a look. Between yesterday and today we spent about 4 hours in the store updating my aged wardrobe. Several coats, shirts, ties, and slacks later I'm very satisfied. I was also lucky enough to drop into a sale and find several coats on clearance that fit perfectly. And I have to admit that were it not for the sale I would have probably stopped with the one coat, slacks and shirt and made it work with one of my old ties. Seldom does value and service come together at the perfect time. A special thanks to the staff that invested so much time in helping us put together several very versatile options.

We stopped in at Joseph Banks last Thursday afternoon to find my boyfriend a new pair of slacks to…read morewear to a wedding that Friday...a little last minute, but we were hopeful. Joseph Banks happened to be running a promotion of "buy one, get one free" pants, so I called my dad (who is the store's biggest fan) and he came running down to meet us and get a good deal. The employee that helped us grabbed my boyfriend's sports coat and started pairing it with different pants until he had found the optimum pair. Unfortunately, the slacks that looked stunning with the jacket were not "ready-to-wear," they needed to be hemmed. We asked if there was any chance they could be hemmed before the store closed that evening but the employee told us the tailor was leaving as we spoke. He stopped us and ran to the back and five minutes later returned and said "go put them on so we can measure, they'll be done in less than an hour." Great! 45 minutes later we were called back to the store and my dad and boyfriend went in on an order together and got two pairs of nice dress slacks for $50 each! Not a bad deal at all. Great service and great clothing, I bought a cool pink and navy striped tie for my boyfriend while we were there.

Wore it once, (so obviously I took the tag off) and while wearing it the strap broke and is no longer wearable. Now I spent $40 for this. And you all advertise "affordable" clothing. However $40 for 1 piece of clothing is not cheap. Went in to return, exchange something so I can be able to actually get my money worth and was told by the girl there that because the tag was off she couldn't do a refund. Now I understand you have policies, but if I cannot wear the clothing more than once than that sounds like a defect on your part and not mine. I did love your alls clothes and would have loved to shop there again. I don't care to spend the money when it's worth it but this feels like false advertisement and theft when I can't even wear this again. Tried to email the email for the store "Fayette@roseandremington.com" that's literally on the website and it comes back as email does not exist. ALL of the emails on their website, social media all come back as do not exist.

Carter's has a wide variety of clothing for babies and children. Articles of clothing are well…read moremade. If looking to coordinate matching outfits, or semi matching outfits for children, Carter's is one of the easiest brands to do so with. At this particular location, it is so smart that that they have activities to keep little ones busy built into the register area. It is so much easier to pay when children are otherwise busy. Well stocked, especially on Black Friday. They were also the second cleanest store we visited that day. First place went to their sister store Oshkosh. These two stores seem to be being well managed. They were clearly prepared for the holiday shopping rush. Points may be earned through their rewards program. The program is good at Carter's, Oshkosh and Skip Hop. One point is earned for every dollar spent.

The one pair she really wanted they did not have her size, but we went and wondered the clearance area and found two pairs she liked. Bonus for me was they have an extra 40% off clearance so her shoes costs closer to $25 instead of $50+. The guy working was friendly and nice.

He didn't offer to help, he stood behind the counter with his head down, looking at his phone and the computer screen. In fact, NONE of the four people working there offered to help. One of them even looked at me, turned around, and went into the back; never to be seen again. I was looking for a suit to wear at our daughter's wedding, and I was clueless about the different fits and styles....I really didn't know what I was doing. After being ignored for about a half an hour, I left. Here's the kicker: Originally, I had gone to the Northgate location. They had a jacket I liked, but not matching pants. The VERY helpful gal working there suggested I try the Tri-County location. Well, after being totally blown off at Tri-County I went back to Northgate and bought the jacket.

Perhaps the only exception: PRO TIP: This is not the location I would recommend to pick up something ordered on-line. They don't receive a commission on these items and are aggravated with the practice. The only blemish on their customer service image would be to not purchase an item directly from the boutique. You may not want to mention you found their store by using Yelp. One of the ladies believes it to be a tool to sabotage small businesses. Unfortunately, I think my attempt to repair her thought process was a failure. It was also a bit of a drag when I learned that there is no public restroom. In other WHBM stores, an associate will escort you to the "employee only" bathroom. Especially if it's urgent and they know you don't make it a habit. No biggie.
