This location can pi$$ up a rope as far as I'm concerned. We walked in, a young kid said hello, and that was it. He didn't offer to help, he stood behind the counter with his head down, looking at his phone and the computer screen. In fact, NONE of the four people working there offered to help. One of them even looked at me, turned around, and went into the back; never to be seen again. I was looking for a suit to wear at our daughter's wedding, and I was clueless about the different fits and styles....I really didn't know what I was doing. After being ignored for about a half an hour, I left. Here's the kicker: Originally, I had gone to the Northgate location. They had a jacket I liked, but not matching pants. The VERY helpful gal working there suggested I try the Tri-County location. Well, after being totally blown off at Tri-County I went back to Northgate and bought the jacket. read more

We bought my husband's suite here for a funeral last weekend. I was pleasantly surprised how fast it took with the costumer service provided at this location. We were in and out pretty quickly as the guy who fitted my husband found a great jacket and shirt for him. I will admit the prices are were pretty hefty here but you are getting what you pay for in men's attire. I can definitely see my husband using this suite more often. Stopped into Men's Wearhouse after receiving a text alert about 2/$99 sale on True Religion jeans. That message couldn't have come at a better time as I was in need of some smaller size pants. When I walked in, I was greeted by two employees, both that were helping customers behind the register. I then continued further in the store and took a look at the sale items on the front table, which always catch my eye. I was approached by another employee who asked about my reason for shopping at the time, and guided me to the jean section. Oh, and look! They have my tall size in three different style True Religion jeans, doing good. I tried on my selections, and there are plenty of clean fitting rooms. They are kind of hidden given they hang manakins/suits on the outside door as advertisement. The fitting room area has a nice setup with large mirrors as soon as you step out the room. This location also has accessories (belts, suspenders, hats) lined along the outside of the fitting area. Makes for a quick selection and grab to match your new suit or outfit. Most of my suit purchases have been made online and taken in store for alterations. I really like to keep to MW for alterations MW brand products. A nice location to shop for sweaters, collared shirts, ties and denim when on sale. Oh, and coffee and tacos are on either side of the store if you need another reason to stop in. read more

Suriel is a BOSS. His customer service is impeccable. My fiancé and I came to this location after a bad experience at the Kenwood MW. Kenwood was very disorganized and we left feeling defeated rather than excited. Not the case at this MW location. The staff was friendly and Suriel knew his stuff. I can't recommend this establishment enough for all of your wedding party needs. Their customer service will leave you feeling fulfilled and like you are in great hands! read more

I needed to make some alterations to a suit that I bought at Men's Wearhouse. Because it had been over a decade since purchasing the suit, the store manager at the Colerain Ave. store told me I would have to go to the Tri-County location. When I arrived at the Tri-County store I was greeted by a gentleman that I later found out was the store manager. He seemed a little brutish and forceful. Even once he knew that I was just there for an alteration, he had a tone that seemed like a high-pressure salesman. He quickly addressed my needs, took my suit, and gave me a receipt to pick up the suit a week later, on a Wednesday at 4 pm. A week later, I was out running errands around 2 pm, so I called the store to see if my suit was ready ahead of time. When I called, I used Yelp to find the phone number. I ended up reaching another store. They were very friendly and gave me the correct phone number. When I called the correct number, the man on the other end of the phone asked for my first and last name not once, but twice. He then put me on hold for ten minutes, only to return to the phone stating that he had gotten sidetracked and needed my name again. I gave him my name a third time, and he put me on hold again, returning a minute later to state he couldn't find my suit and asked me for the salesperson named on the receipt. I looked at the receipt and realized that the salesperson's name was illegible. I took a few stabs at it, but he didn't recognize any of my guesses. At this point, I was almost to the store, so I told the gentleman I'd just show him the receipt once I got there (basically defeating the whole point of my calling ahead). When I arrived to the store, one of the salesman greeted me, then disappeared in the back for five minutes before returning. It seemed like he had a little trouble finding my suit. He was very friendly however. He was also able to decipher the the chicken scratch on the receipt to inform me that the person who had helped me on my first visit was the store manager. I was shocked that the store manager would have such poor customer service. As I left, I told the salesperson that a phone number for another store was listed on their profile on Yelp. I was trying to help, so that they could correct it, but I think the salesman totally missed the point. Instead of making a note to fix it later or telling his manager, he handed me a business card with the correct phone number. Normally, I'd go on Yelp and fix the phone number myself, but I was so disappointed with the experience, I just left it alone. Always been happy at the Kenwood location. Not so much here. Waited at least 10 minutes to be greeted even when i was obviously sending"help me" body language. Really ticked that one employee was just standing watching the game and not paying any attention to customers. Finally the only guy actually working (and working his butt off to be fair) came to help but he showed me one suit that I didnt really like, then one way above my stated price range. But then the customer he was already taking care of was ready to ring out so instead of delegating that he walks away from me and doesnt return. I walk around about 15 minutes more and again no help despite several people standing around doing nothing. I guess i was the other guy's commission now since he "helped" me for 10 minutes and now no one is going to wait on me so I left. read more

I had been shopping online, Macy's, Burlington, and several other places looking for a (cheap) suit. I'm 6'2" so I needed a long coat, which I had a hard time finding in my size at all these stores. I only have two occasions anytime soon that I will need to wear the suit, so I didn't want to spend too much. Within 30 minutes of walking into the store, I had tried on a suit and had the pants marked for hemming. Brian put together a package deal (awesome charcoal suit, dress shirt, tie). It was $219 ($199 if you're not extended size like me). Paid for pants to be hemmed and a permanent crease, total out the door with tax was $257.87. We left to have dinner and came back everything was bagged up ready to go (pants hemmed too)! Brian informed me all suits come with lifetime pressing. Just take it to any Men's Wearhouse and they'll do it while you wait. I do need to have some hemming done on the jacket but I live in California and am flying back tomorrow, so I'm having that done at MW there. read more

If you care about people and meet their need then you will make way more money in the long run. If you only care about today's commission you lose tomorrow's customer. Like me. I came in needing a simple alteration and the salesman did not even consider what they could do to help. He almost immediately went to high pressure sales. I understand the tactic so I rolled with it determined to Purchase only what I needed. I see high pressure sales as annoying but also understand that people who work under the pressure of commission often give into using this tactic. I also understand that it works on some people. I'm not one of those people. I'm the one that usually just gets more and more frustrated with it and walks out. Here is why it is so frustrating: No one really ever listened to my needs and desires. They did not want to make me a customer-they just wanted to make a big sale. They treated the almost $300 I spent as a let down. Not all of us can walk in an purchase the 699 suit. Wow. The nerve. I have had great experiences in men's wearhouse in Texas but I'm sorry to say not this store. Then- When I wanted to give them a discount code they never even attempted to type in the code but instead had me talk with their unhappy manager who did not even try to hide the fact that he was obviously put out to have to speak with me. When will retail learn that if they SERVE people and CARE about people they will create loyal life long customers? This was the worse service i have ever experienced. My fathers shirt was for a midget. The length was 3/4" long and they couldn't find another shirt in time ( a week before the wedding- even though I found one at DIllards in 10 mins). All the groomsmen vests and Groom's vest were too short and were a wrinkle mess thrown to the bottom of the bag. The ring bearers shirt had red blood dots all over it. All suits had snags and thread hanging everywhere. They explained nothing could be done and didn't apologize. $300 for a rental and the worse customer service ever. I can't believe Men's Wearhouse main focus is wedding rentals with how the treat their customers. If you're looking to rent for a wedding GO ELSEWHERE. read more

Katie was a huge help. I went in to return a tie I ordered online that came with a pull. It was easy to return and I ended up buying more ties due to a sale in the store. She also saw that I bought more online, and it wasn't as good of a deal as the sale going on currently. She offered to refund me the difference. I really appreciated her honesty and due to the buy one get one free I bought two more dress shirts while I was there. My husband also wanted to look at suits and she found the best fit for him quickly. We were a little hesitant on price so we did not purchase that day but told her when we are ready we would come back. She had no problem and had no pressure. We were uncomfortable with the price and she understood. She told us to keep an eye out for daily specials. This is the best retail experience I've had in a very long time! read more

"You're gonna f****** hate this store. I guarantee it!" Attempted to rent a tuxedo here. The man at the door greeted me and asked what I needed. I told him I need to rent a tuxedo for my wedding. I also explained to him there was no wedding party and I would be the only one renting a tuxedo, so everything should be easy. He then told me to sign in and someone would be with me shortly. Sounds good. I had signed in at 6:10PM. While waiting I noticed there was only one other customer in the store who was being helped. I figured after that customer I would be next. Wrong. After about 10 minutes, the customer left and still there were no other customers in the store. I counted a total of at least 4 employees and myself in the store. Ten minutes later, all of these employees are continuing to walk around doing absolutely nothing and not even acknowledging that I am there. So I stood in the middle of the store. The man behind the counter looks at me and then looks away. Finally, another man comes to me and asks if I need anything. As politely as I can, I explain to him I've been waiting 20 minutes to get a tuxedo rental. He then tells me someone will be with me soon. Again, ten minutes later, I am still waiting and again no one is doing anything. There are still no customers in the store except me. At that point, I yelled out, "screw this!", and stormed out. I guess Men's Wearhouse didn't want my money that day. This place is a dump. Don't waste your time or money. If you need to rent a tuxedo for anything, I would recommend a family owned store. Might be a little more expensive, but at least the customer service actually exists. read more

Wow!!!! My wife and I walked in here last Friday and were blown away. I needed to look dynamite for an upcoming interview and had not one peice of clothing to wear. I am 6'4" and buying clothes is a real pain in the ass. Burlington Coat Factory was a complete loss already. Brian helped us and he was on fire. My wife left to look at another store in Tri County. Brian had me hooked up with 2 pairs of pants, 2 shirts, 2 ties, socks, tie bar, and a pair of shoes that looked dynamite on me in 15 minutes. We left super happy to have scored an awesome outfit in only 2 stores and ready for my interview. We have previous experiences with Men's Wearhouse that were good but nothing like Brian. He was just exceptional at his job. read more

Was very disappointed. Spent nearly $800 on a suit to have the alterations on the jacket to be off. Now I have a suit that appears to be too small. Having an athletic build I know I have to give up a little. But when I pay money for a suit it should be dead on. Suit was amazing. Wardrobe consultant Darryl was great. Just disappointed the seamstress only took 2 minutes to take my measurements. And now I'm stuck with the suit. But I guess that's what I get for trying a new place? read more

So of course they have quality clothing and it looks great. However, that can not be extended to their customer service or follow up and follow through. I order a suit for my son who is in a wedding. Paid for my sons suit and it had to be shipped from another store to this location. They said they would call when his suit arrived. NOPE!!! His suit was there a full two weeks, I called them to see if it had finally come in because I had not heard anything back. They said " oh well it didn't have a customer name and number on it".So they just hang on to it? No one decides to look further into it? Then his suit needed to be taken up on the legs and sleeves and they told me it would be ready 8/1, they would call me. NOPE AGAIN!!! I again had to call as the wedding is really close. I don't know what the deal is with them and actually calling people back. And then they want to get pissy with you because you want to know where the stuff is you paid for!!!! Huh. read more
