There was a time when Macy's, Nordstrom, Saks, etc. were about on par with each other. That time…read morehas passed. Clothing is always strewn everywhere, shelves are disorganized, and the words "neat and tidy" have no connection to this retailer. Imagine shelves of stacked shirts; someone pulls one out from the bottom, opens it up, and then shoves it back on top of the stack wadded up. No,w repeat that with the next one on the bottom, etc., and that is pretty much how the shelves are. The racks are the same, with stuff on the floors, hanging over the top of the racks, hanging by one end of a hanger, etc. Even the jewelry and watches in cases are not neat or aligned. Finding an employee here is like panning for gold in the Pacific Ocean, which is probably why nobody is around to clean things up. Finding a cashier is even more challenging than that. And when you do find an open cashier, expect silly lines. On this visit, there was a place with 3 cash registers but only 1 cashier and 9 people in line in front of us. Macy's is trying to emulate WalMart and doing a fine job. The only reason we stayed in line was that our granddaughter ate a bite of a lollipop so we needed to pay for it. We have stopped going to Macy's; this was the last time we went to one. Pretty much the only thing you find there now is store brands and clutter. You are better off going to Nordstrom, Saks, Neiman Marcus, or smaller stores like Black Market, White House, Ann Taylor, Talbot's, etc. Two stars and sadness at what this brand has become.

He put plastic in neck and it did not help that was not a new ordered shirt and they had it monogrammed. I paid $457.92 for four shirts and each monogrammed on sleeve. I was horribly disappointed with how it fit. This was my first suit and I wanted something form fitting and ended up getting more of a pajama like fit... very baggy. Being a tall man, the selection was one suit in 3 color choices. I was told by the tailor it couldn't be altered to be form fitting. Took what I could get but left with a suit I didn't really want to wear. Today, I took the suit to another tailor in the area, Sara's. They made a multitude of alterations (costing decent cash) but got the suit fitting me perfectly! I would not recommend Gordon's if you want a suit that has a more modern fit or if you are a taller person.
