In fact, they will return, package, and ship the items back. You will have to take your item to the customer service desk in the back right of the store. Amazon sends you an email when you process your return and you have the option to print the information or have the Kohl's employee scan a barcode from your phone. I hadn't been in Kohl's in a while and store was organized beautifully and the employees were friendly and helpful. So, Kohl's will definitely benefit from the extra foot traffic. There are a lot of cute and fancy little boutiques opening out here but they should all learn this lesson- greet everyone who comes in. Don't assume they won't buy anything there and ignore them.
