Called the store to inquire about a sale I saw online. Rather than telling me that the sale was over and that it is online only, The person who answered the phone said "that sale is online only. If you read what is written online ... you would see that it says 'online only' on the website." So I said " it sounds like you have no flexibility to make a deal like that if I came into the store. " She repeated to tell me the exact same thing again and sounded more terse this time. I was simply trying to see if she had any leeway to make a similar deal. She added that they had a deal where if you bought three shirts they were 25% off. That is nowhere near the same deal that was online, which was actually 50% off. Part of my complaint in general is that stores are suffering because the online deals are nearly twice as good. And they wonder why people want to shop online only... I don't think it was intentional but it felt like a condescending tone from this lady as well ... as if I couldn't read or wasn't allowed to miss a small detail. God forbid I call the store to clarify. This isn't the Brooks Brothers I grew up with anymore. Use some tact. Honor your prices in your store ... like a million other retailers will do when asked to do so. read more

Today, me , my husband & my friends were super excited to visit BB The Woodlands but I was so frustrated and had a bad experienced at that store! Now, im making a complain about their Supervisor named Delilah! I would love to talk to her while i was at the store but i opted to do this on yelp. We felt insulted with the kind of treatment she showed upon us, since we were getting some discount from this store , because my husband works at the airline ( UNITED ) so we decided to use it today , so upon checking out , the sales associate name Lucky (who was very kind and helpful since the moment we entered the store up to the time we checked out) , she said she has to consult her supervisor because she refused to accept our email bearing the discount coupon and we told her that the email was new and if she could only give it a chance to read but she kept on refusing and shwoing us a bad attitude then she asked us in an insult manner if we have a badge then without giving us an answer ,she turned her back and told Lucky to give the discount . Then when Lucky wrapping my clothes then this Supervisor asked me to move aside because she has another customer and i felt insulted with her actions because the very reason why we still standing at the cashier it is because we are waiting for my clothes that is being wrapped by Lucky. I felt very insulted the way she treated us & this is maybe because of the color of our skin and the way we dressed up . Maybe if we could have carried a Chanel purse & have worn Hugo Boss clothes then maybe her treatment to us would be different!! I work in an office where i have to deal with different kinds of people but i treat all our customers fairly ,may it be rich or poor , black or white But to this person named Delilah , you have no right to make us feel belittle !! If you don't want to give us a discount then that is fine! But treat us nicely!! I am already thinking of returning my clothes and better yet find a BB store or another store that would cater or welcome customers nicely!! read more

The sales clerk was super helpful with choosing some pieces. Also this particular store has a decent amount of Brooks Brothers women's clothing. I was pretty impressed with some of the women's buttons ups and their overall display of the store. They do in-store tailoring which is always a plus. read more

If you would like bad customer service, shop here. For "higher end" retailer, you would think they would train their sales associates to provide great customer service. I walked in to return some online items, asked about one of their clothing lines, she explained but was not friendly (mid -late 30's red headed woman). As I walked away her and another associate were berating me cause I asked about their "red fleece" line. Very unprofessional service. Bad attitude, bad customer service. Better service at their outlet stores. What has happened to great customer service?!!!! read more

Wow, how they're still in business astounds me. I went in yesterday looking for a very specific suit. Easy sale. Should've taken twenty minutes top. When I entered, the heat was sweltering. The heater seemed to be on and it was hotter inside than it was outside (80s outside). The old lady who seemed to run the store was likely why. You know how old ladies are always cold. Anyway, I asked for a seersucker suit for summer. The most effort I could get out of her was to point to a rack of 5 of them and then told o was welcome to use the dressing room, while she went about her business. I couldn't take the heat in the dressing room so that didn't last long. I accidentally told her the obviously wrong size and that I needed it ready in two weeks. To which she said without looking for one or offering to measure me, they didn't have it and ordering would take ten days just to get it in. She also said they don't do alterations and that they don't have a tailor anymore. So today I downloaded the app, ordered the suit I wanted and got two day shipping. Great right? Well, not exactly. My biggest problem is that I expect certain treatment and ability when I go to a Brooks Brothers. This wasn't an outlet after all. This was a major store in an upscale shopping area. Instead it was shoddy, very uncomfortable, and the customer treatment was what I would have expected from a cheap rental place. All of my suits have been from brooks brothers. They were all custom fitted, well tailored, and high quality. If this is what BB is becoming, then you have to question their quality. As I said, I ordered the suit online, but I will also be looking for a new men's store that still has the reputation a shop like Brooks Brothers used to be known for. read more

I have traded at this store for about a year. I live close to the Galleria, but prefer going to this particular store because parking is easy. I have had most of the employees in this store wait on me at least once and I have been impressed with most of them. I have not had any bad experiences in this store as some others have. I have placed a number of orders for special itemswith the staff and they have always been helpful and courteous and went out of their way to make sure I was happy. By the way, and for those of you not familiar with BB, the clothes in this store are far better than the factory outlet stores, even if you're buying the less-expensive (and lower quality) red fleece line, which is geared and sized more to the younger set. read more

I have been buying BB for the entire family for years. The quality is indisputably one of the best on the market, unless you go to Saville Row. I will never go back to this particular store because the staff is not helpful and is undoubtedly rude. We were the only customers in the store at the time and there wasn't any reason for the clerk to show us just one pair of pants when we clearly stated that we were looking for different styles. He acted like he was doing us a favor to even talk to us. Their tailoring must be the best in the world since the waiting time for a straight hem is ten (10) days...I will keep buying BB, but never at The Woodlands store: When I buy BB I know that I get the best quality clothes and I expect to get the best quality of service. read more
