After communicating with VANS customer service, I then took the information that was given to call the store and I was finally taken care of by the New Manager Angelo. Manager ANGELO, demonstrated exemplary customer service by swiftly and effectively addressing the issue, displaying a high level of professionalism throughout the process. With his impeccably precise leadership skills and respectful approach in finding a solution ensured a seamless positive resolution. That left me speechless.
