And if I understand him correctly that's the same price he gives you if you ever have him come back a year or two later for a re-do. I don't think anyone offers that anymore to anyone. Within 2.5 hours our tile floors (and the very dirty grout) were cleaned and sealed. Sparkling really. Came back 2 days later for some touch up as the last thing he said to us was if there is anything we didn't like or wanted fixed to just call, that he stands behind his work 100% and it is so true... my wife says it's the best money we've spent in a long time! Educated, told me my guest house carpet needed stretching before cleaning or it would ruin carpet! Cleaned my house! I AM IN TOTAL SHOCK! got out dirty stains, food spot, walkways. I live with lots of exterior dirt! My carpets truly look teal & new!! You can't tell the walkway from the new carpet under couch!!! Truly amazing!!!
