I was a college student who requested a move out clean- they sent some lady who did absolutely nothing. I had to re-clean my home after, sent them multiple pictures of dirt and dust she didn't clean. No response. This was right after my twin brother had died unexpectedly and I had no money left over from his funeral, yet this company ignored all of my messages and calls. I tried over 10x to reach out for a refund or explanation. Heard nothing. Hired them thru thumbtack. Stay away. They're thieves and shouldn't be in business. Sad from a "family run" company. And yes I STILL have the pictures from the "clean". This husband and wife ignored me and took my money for the worst job I've ever seen. And I know it's the same company because the owners name is Ronnie. Call me petty but I don't want anyone else to experience this so I'm going to post now :) How are they still in business?

I am so disappointed in how I was treated at this store. My family has bought paint from them for…read moreyears. So, naturally when I needed paint for my whole house being built- I took my blueprints and headed to the store. I made sure to let them know that I needed help calculating what I needed. Jim and I spent two hours with the blueprints and I had him check the amounts twice because it sounded like a lot to me. He assured me it was correct. He sold me 5 gallons of primer and 21 gallons of paint for a 1300 square foot home. We ran out of primer halfway through and had to drive an hour back to get more. We have almost 8 whole gallons of paint leftover. We called twice asking if we could return some paint for store credit. He basically told my husband that I was a liar and didn't show him the blueprints and that I told him that I didn't plan to prime the whole space. I am meticulous about my decisions. I explained fully well my plans and trusted that an older gentleman could help me calculate seeing as he'd worked there for a while. We are out about $400 in paint we can now trash and absolutely do not appreciate this man trying to take advantage of a woman just to get more money and sell more paint. So very disappointed that a business would be ran this way.

Secondly my wife called and asked if she needed to make an appointment to come in and talk about 2 projects we have going on. The guy was extremely rude and told her she picked the busiest time of the year , she only wanted to know if she needed an appointment, 2 weeks later would have been fine . He didn't even give her the opportunity. Little did he know were about to spend half a million. I'd drive to neighboring towns before dealing with these clowns
