It was my aunt's birthday and I wanted to brighten her day. Heather answered the phone and was pleasant from the moment she answered. I had many questions - she was patient with me and she happily answered them all. Heather explained that I could purchase a floral arrangement through their website, but I really didn't have time to browse so she took pictures of the arrangements they had in-shop and texted them to me within minutes. I was able to pick a very beautiful arrangement and process my order over the telephone. The whole process took 8 minutes!!
