I had placed an order…read more3 days ago with a "trusted locally owned florist" for a funeral today at 1:00 p.m. At 10:56 am today received an email that due to supply issues, my order was cancelled and a refund issued. Found Mulhearn Flowers through the funeral home and my panic was immediately eased by Kourtney. Within 10 minutes, my order was placed with the assurance it would be delivered on time. A delivery for the same service was about to leave and they waited until my order was completed so it could be included with the delivery. Ordered Mother's Day flowers through their website... someone called me on Friday to alert me that…read morethey would not be able to complete the order, so I requested that they call me back on Monday to see what flowers they had left over (as I was told they didn't have an idea of what flowers would still be available) to fulfill the order. I never received a call back, so I called on Wednesday, to inquire about what happened? They had no answer. This is so unprofessional.
