Viekira also and that failed.This is related because I look at the hepa toxicity of any drug I'm perscribed, including blood pressure pills.After meeting with Dr. Yardley after only ten minutes, I said to him I wasn't taking my blood pressure pills regularly and before I could tell him what I've been doing,(supplements), he told me in a loud tone that I have no right to self medicate, that I don't have the knowledge or experience to make those kinds of decisions and also said as he was walking out of the examination room that he had more to tell me the next time he sees me. His P.A. was witness to this outburst. It was unprofessional and no patient deserves that kind of abuse.

Despite the fact that I attempted to reschedule the day of over the phone but no one would answer the phone. This is very disappointing behavior from a medical office, I understand policies should be followed but I am a brand new patient and was unaware my insurance at the time was practically worthless. Front desk said they would call and let me know if I would be accepted back but at this point I don't want to be a patient of such an inconsiderate office. What if I was in a true emergency that I couldn't attend or had no chance to call and reschedule? Would you discard your patients so easily? Shame on you! Do not recommend.

I was delaying getting a much needed CT because of my personal schedule, when she called me on a Saturday evening and asked if I had gotten the CT done. I hadn't. It was about 9:30 in the evening, and she told me to go now and have it done. I did, and they found clots in both lungs (Bilateral Pulmonary Embolisms), which caused the testing facility to immediately send me to the emergency room. I spent the next 4 days in ICU. Thank you Yessica! I highly recommend her. She strives to heal, not just treat symptoms. I love her open mindedness when so many just go by the book (protocols). My PCP schedule me here and I needed to wait a month and a half for my appointment. On the day of…read moremy appointment I called to confirm and over the phone. They decide to tell me that they had trouble verifying my insurance and for that reason I was scheduled for an appointment they had over a month and I have to reach out to me and get this sorted and they choose a day of my appointment to look into my insurance. Once they finally did, they basically told me my insurance was only able to cover $75 off the entire visit and the consultation itself. I was looking at over $150 and asked for the procedures they were gonna do. I was looking at paying $1500-$5000. From my understanding, I thought pain management was just to help you with prescriptions. They told me prescriptions is not what they do and that it's more of a treatment center with different medical procedures. I waited a month and a half to see these people to help get my terrible pain under control only for them to wait the day of my appointment to be told this information. If I could give these people less than a one star, I would. Terrible communication and lack of care for the patient. Absolutely do not consider going here.
