They do just a mediocre job of lawn care and clean-up in the spring/summer/fall. But what's worse is that they do an absolutely terrible job of snow removal in the winter! They always leave tons of snow behind in the driveways and visitor spaces that they've supposedly "finished" plowing, and they rarely do all the shoveling that they are contracted to do. My poor elderly father, along with his elderly neighbors, end up having to go out and finish the job themselves (or sometimes do the whole thing themselves when Creative's crew doesn't show up till very late). On top of that Ryan, who I believe is either the owner or the person in charge of the crew at my father's condo, is rude and unprofessional. If you're looking to hire a company for snow removal or lawn care, stay far away from this one! Interesting name they have because the only "creative" thing about them is the ways they come up with to get out of doing the work they've been hired to do by their paying clients!!!

It was depressing, as I'm a transplant from Northern California, and grew up in a place where your yard is part of your castle, and you care for it with pride (or you pay someone else to). The crabgrass, bald patches etc etc was an utter nightmare. Depressing! I considered all these "franchise True Green" options, but was appauled by many the reviews, to be honest. Personal recommendations led me to T & B. Peter Teed, came by, and within the timeframe of his visit I shared his confidence that my family and I would be enjoying a beautiful lawn within 6 months, give or take... Fast forward 3 months - The level of care and concern to insure successful results for a beautiful lawn have paid off in spades. While it takes patience and time, and we still have a ways to go, Teed and Brown went above and beyond to insure proper results. We had a really cold Spring, which made things difficult early on, but staying the course led me to sitting here looking out over amazing results. And we STILL have another couple months for everything to fill in. I couldn't be happier! Bottom line: Don't look into the "franchise cheap" solution.
