After addressing my kidney function with my endocrinologist, we determined nothing SHOULD stop me from seeking a diagnosis for the chronic pain I have associated with scoliosis and degenerative bone disease, etc. I have a statement from her, saying so. Turns out, Dr. Klemptner is just here to collect a paycheck, and not help patients. He said there was nothing he could do for me. I went to his office seeking a different (but relevant) referral today, and he flat out refused. I've never been treated so horribly by a doctor. I begged him to help. He encouraged me to find another PCP, which I spent HOURS doing. Why, because he didn't want to refer me to a specialist. He treated me like I was seeking drugs the whole time. (I'm not). Thanks for nothing, literally nothing. It was really fun finding a new PCP today.

He was (and still is) a good doctor, but years later, before moving to the Clark Office, my current primary care physician is: Dr. Kusiak, and I always enjoy have her, ever since, yet, she more than just a physician, but she also dedicates herself to humor and devotion with me, as she hears so much about my own family, who always looks after my health. When she's either busy (with other patients), out of town or has prior commitments, I usually go see Dr. Dyksterhouse (as of early this year) and he too is a very humourous physician, but is the opposite of Kusiak. I've been not only a big asset to these physicians, whom I see them, as my family, they are now my friends, as I'm part of the Trinity Health group.

Did not get my DOT long form till over two weeks after doctor checked me up. Now my license is expiring and I had to get another DOT physical done so I make appointment here. I was given an 11:00am appointment. I arrived at 11:00am was not called in to office untill 11:30am was made to sit in room#2 till 12:00pm and the aide walks in and tells me DOT physicals are $150. Bull crap. Why tell someone you will do the DOT physical at $80, make them sit around for an hour to tell them its $150?? This dude should be reported to the police or someone for being a crook!!! DONT GO THERE UNLESS YOU DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY! If DOT physical is what you need go to Concentra Urgent Care (found this online after I left these crooks) they charge $56.50 and they give you your long form same day!!!

She takes the time necessary to understand the issue and discusses it with you in a way that is caring and empathetic. The nurses are also helpful and take the time needed. Never do you feel like you are "just another patient". The office staff, led by Deborah, is top notch also. Billing and scheduling issues are non existent and they are very helpful in all aspects. I highly recommend this office and provider.

And as others have pointed out, the phone wait times are absolutely ridiculous. Every time I called the clinic I was on hold for 30-45 minutes, regardless of the time of day. You could literally call first thing in the morning and you would be waiting for half an hour. Whoever is in charge here is not only terribly inefficient, they are putting their patients' health at risk.

I have been a patient of Dr. docking for several years. He is the best listener that I have ever…read moreexperienced. We had a discussion where I asked him to please just listen as I was very frustrated with other doctors. He was silent the whole time I spoke and related things, listening intently. He informed me that he did a deep dive into my records so he knew exactly what was going on. He has helped me with different conservative treatments for my knee primarily left over the past 3 to 4 years because I wanted to put off knee surgery. I'm seeing a surgeon tomorrow but I have an injection of hyaluronic acid on Wednesday to keep me comfortable until I'm able to have surgery or maybe if it works really well, I won't need to have surgery. I would highly recommend anyone who needs a Doctor that is compassionate, willing to go over all test results and who is very willing to listen he is the Doctor.
