I went to Brostrom Physical Therapy and ran into a frustrating billing issue. Every appointment I'd…read morehad was always scheduled one-by-one. Then, two appointments showed up on my schedule that I never personally scheduled or agreed to -- and when I didn't show up, I was charged two $50 "no-show" fees. Just to be clear, this had happened previously with an appointment I missed legitimately, and I had no issue paying the fee. When I questioned it, the explanation was basically: once they put something on the schedule, it's considered confirmed unless you cancel, and reminder texts count as confirmation. I asked for proof that I actually scheduled those visits, but what I got back were policy copies and reminder screenshots with nothing showing that I ever agreed to those dates. They refused to waive the fees. So my takeaway for future patients: watch your schedule closely and get clear confirmation of what you've actually agreed to, because Brostrom WILL do whatever they can to extort you for those fees. And if you have a problem with it, they will let you know by sending you to collections over the no-show fee.

Just got out of my appt. with DR. Greggory. I had pain on the right side of my knee cap but no…read morebruising or swelling so it was hard for me to find the fix to even alleviate the pain. He did some stretches and movements of my knee and found my IT bands to be tight running down my leg and connected to my knee. Then we did some stretches I could repeat at home. It was instant relief! ABOVE AND BEYOND! The Guy actually had me record him doing the stretches and explaining what the stretch did and what i should be feeling thru the stretch. Dr. Greggory explained everything very thoroughly which i really like and appreciate. He came off like a personal trainer stretching and explaining. Our son hates needles and usually passes out/throws up when he gets a finger prick. To be able to find this information without a blood draw is a lifesaver. She gave us supplements to help some deficiencies he was experiencing that day. She even let him try them before we left to make sure he would eat them! Can't wait to go back and have him reevaluated after the changes she suggested have been implemented.
