We have been a customer for the past 10 years and in the past year we have had three occasions…read morewhere they never show up to pick up our garbage. Most recently, place our trash where is was supposed to be on 12-27-18 ( day late due to the Christmas holiday). Our trash was not picked up however many other customers with in a mile of our address had their trash picked up including my father in-law who uses their service. Called and discussed with them that they missed a pick up (12-28-18). They said that they would pick up today(12-29-18) as of 7pm, my garbage is still sitting by the road waiting to be collected. I cannot believe that they have put us in a position where we have to unpack our dumpster, load it in a truck and take it to the Plainfield Twp. dump.. I am sure that they will not be this patient when my bill is due..

I am a senior citizen and have 2-3 bags of garbage a week. I called customer service and with some discussion she offered to lower my bill to approximately 350.00 a year. I said we wouldn't even be having this discussion if my bill had reflected that in the first place. I had already made arrangements with a different pickup service. She got an additude and said there will be a 75.00 charge to pick up your garbage can. That is outrageous!!!
