Most recently, place our trash where is was supposed to be on 12-27-18 ( day late due to the Christmas holiday). Our trash was not picked up however many other customers with in a mile of our address had their trash picked up including my father in-law who uses their service. Called and discussed with them that they missed a pick up (12-28-18). They said that they would pick up today(12-29-18) as of 7pm, my garbage is still sitting by the road waiting to be collected. I cannot believe that they have put us in a position where we have to unpack our dumpster, load it in a truck and take it to the Plainfield Twp. dump.. I am sure that they will not be this patient when my bill is due..

A year ago she stopped answering and returning my phone calls. But she answers the phone for my neighbors. I had no option but to send a check to pay my bill but yet was charged a late fee when I didn't receive the bill until after the beginning of the quarter as it was. I still paid it though. And then she stopped sending a bill period. And stopped picking up my garbage. So I had no choice but to go to another carrier. I stayed with a small business and they answer their phone and I can pay my bill online. Imagine that. Plus they are cheaper.

She would be going to town that day and the following few days. Tuesday, the money is gone and the trash is still in there. I leave a message Wednesday, myself and others in the household call three more times after that to make sure they got the payment no one responds until the following Monday. They lie right through their teeth and I will never do any sort of business with them of any kind ever again. The cops were involved and they lied about what was said to us. The wife is a thief and the husband covers it up. After all this they had the audacity to say that he would send another bill and we can send payment in.
