(the packaging had no info on it either and the counter person didn't know) I threw $15 worth of whatever this was in the trash. I just could NOT get over HOW it looked, the texture or lack of flavor. (wish I would of taken a photo of it cooked...too traumatized! LOL! HEY OWNERS.... DONT buy that anymore!
